I think i might have been the only guest there. It was not a busy time of year, but felt it lacked a bit of atmosphere.

It was conveniently located, 10 minutes walk to main street. Very quiet.

A pleasant large room with king-size bed. Free bicycles made it easy to sight see the beaches and go to the markets and restaurants. Good value.

There was no one there after hours. It was a long dimly kit walk into town

We were one of only two couples there. It was in the middle of nowhere. We paid for a deluxe double room and was given a twin and they just shoved the beds together. On the website it stated that there were cooking facilities comunal albeit for picnics bbq etc. There was nothing.

Not a criticism. If no transport you can walk into town but route is dimly lit. We used Bolt taxi very cheap.

We rented two rooms, fridge in one didn't work. Floor tiles in one weren't installed correctly, so were just sitting in position and covered with a rug, we had to walk around the rug to move around the room. There was only one tv remote between the two rooms but every channel was delivered in Thai so TV's weren't used much anyway. There was one lounge seat in each of the rooms but one was broken. Everyone in Thailand uses the Grab application for using transport, when we tried booking our departure, the first vehicle drove straight past and then cancelled the booking. There is an issue with the app, it doesn't register the correct address for this location, although Google maps does. It's no fault of the accommodations and the driver could've been directed to the correct location if he answered our call or responded to the messages we sent, so he missed the fare due to being ignorant. We had the same problem with the second booking, although the driver answered our call and was redirected to the resort.

Close to restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy, markets. Good sized salt water swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Cool ocean breeze during our stay, in the winter months. Free bicycles to use for guests. We stayed for 3 days and rooms weren't cleaned, towels weren't replaced and bins weren't changed. We managed with the towels, tried to ensure the floor was kept clean and changed the bins with use of plastic bags. These haven't been listed in the "what didn't you like" section because I'm certain the rooms would've been attended if we had of asked. Staff were excellent and allowed us an early check-in.

Irregular cleaning of room , no set pattern in place had to ask for room to be cleaned. No obvious management present at hotel I think this a temporary issue ?

Very noisy, people playing music through speakers at night time near the pool. I bit of a walk in the heat to get to the shops. They had free bicycles, but they are not maintenance very well.

Staff were very welcoming and simply great overall. Rooms are a good size and well appointed. Wifi was strong.

When it's dark, the area had no street lights. Did check my GPS many times at first arrival to make sure that we're at the right location. We didn't get the room type as booked but sincere apology from the owner and new room was also fine for us.

The place located a bit far from village just enough for the quiet vibe but only few minutes driving to the market and some more to the walking street and piers. The pool is good even though we didn't have a chance to swim but it created the good atmosphere.
