United KingdomWe opted for smaller hotel for relaxation away from main Grace Bay, however the entertainment was almost non existent. Maybe a little more upbeat for few hours in evening would have been good. The sun beds need to be better for cost.
The property was small and very well maintained. The hotel and rooms were kept immaculately clean. We had 2 bedroom suite and it was huge.

United StatesVery small beach. There were only 3 restaurants in the resort to choose from but they were only open certain hours/ days so we had to leave the resort a couple of times for dinner….Which you don’t want to do when you book all-inclusive.
Friendly staff! Always ready and willing to help. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and of course beautiful. I loved the gym!

United StatesThe resort is a bit away from shopping, bug bites on the beach, bathroom floor was slippery when wet. The store could have had a few more souvenirs to purchase.
I will start by saying, everything was superb. The staff was great, from the welcome team to the wait staff, bartenders, housekeeping, tour desk, security and the event staff(Smiley, Coco, Tishane, and Chikoca). Unfortunately, I cannot remember everyone's name, the hostess at the Fire and Ice was wonderful. The food was awesome! Wait staff were very accommodating. The pool was great, having a bar there was nice. The special nights were great as well.

United StatesOur room was a king suite with a balcony which was gorgeous and clean - amazing views. However, there was an adjoining room separated by a door. We could hear EVERY SINGLE THING our neighbors did next door and they were not loud (except when they were getting busy or fighting which happened a lot). The staff were nice but not great a communicating. And I understand there are margins of profit that need to be maintained, I would have expected a little bit better service. Waiters on the beach would pass us by without taking our order.
Beautiful location, gorgeous grounds and immaculately clean. Not crowded. Awesome gym. Good (but not great) food.

United StatesThe food at Fire & Ice was okay--pretty upscale and modern. The breakfast and lunch options could have been better--maybe more buffet items? The fish fry (the only open dinner option on Monday nights) was not so good, most of the food was cold outside sitting in the catering tins. Wish we had known what all was in the market on the property. We didn't go to until the last day (no one really talked about it while we were there) and wish we had checked it out before then-iced coffee! snacks! souvenirs! I also wish there was a better system for the shuttle to the other resort. Those could be crowded and you had to make sure you got in line early so you could get on it.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is extremely clean and well taken care of. Very relaxed environment and never had to worry about finding a beach chair in the morning. Room was extremely clean and always cleaned before noon each day. The food and staff at Salt were great--lots of options. Pool bar and 360 bar were also great. Lots of nice music and entertainment. Fun beach time activities. Fire pits were nice to sit around at night too.

Everything was excellent! The beauty of the resort was matched by the friendliness and support of all staff. Upon our arrival the office staff was so welcoming, Winchell served us a fantastic rum punch and brought us to our penthouse. During the week of our stay, Dio saw to our every need, Garth, Patricia and Romario were so kind and helpful regardless of the meal we were sitting down to. The food was absolutely incredible as well! Janet, Natalee and Sly made sure that our cups were always full whether we were at the swim up bar, or the bar at Fire and ice. I can't say enough about Blue Haven except that my family and I hope to return soon.

United StatesWe weren't given any information about the resort upon check-in - such as the locations of things. We discussed with other guests how we all had so many questions. We walked around to find the restaurants ourselves and found a market and fancy coffee shop across the parking lot. Our bathroom had a band-aid on the drain upon check-in. There were a few staff members at Blue Haven who should not be working in hospitality or near people. We unfortunately had to speak to Withney in the Front Office twice. She never once made eye contact or greeted us as we entered and she repeatedly asked us the same questions because she wasn't really listening to our answers whilst staring at her computer. We firstly were inquiring about vegetarian options at the restaurants (she did not help) and then we returned to inquire about booking a taxi to the airport (for which she gave us a dirty look & wrong information). She had her earrings and makeup sprawled across her desk so maybe she was annoyed that we were interrupting her busy day. There was a woman at the Egg Station at breakfast who I politely greeted and she told me not to talk to her because she already had two omelette orders. And there was a man who drove the shuttle back from the Alexandra sister resort who was pissed at us for wanting to take the shuttle back to Blue Haven - he repeatedly slammed on his brakes to make us fall forward and when he opened the van door at Blue Haven, we said "thank you", & he did not even make eye contact and stomped away.
My friend & I stayed at Blue Haven for our joint birthday celebrations. The resort was beautiful, super peaceful, and isolated. The beach was clean and the water was perfect. There were maybe only five other groups of people/families staying at the same time. Almost all of the staff was incredibly friendly & welcoming - *especially* Arturo (such a wonderful human who would stop to make conversation with us each time we saw him), Tevisha, Damien, Winchel, Kamar, Miguel, Andre, & Von. We were able to take the shuttle to the Alexandra sister resort for a day and had wonderful lunch service from Rithny. Watching the sunrise with mimosas at breakfast every morning was a highlight. We ate the pizza at Salt two nights in a row because it was so yummy. We had a wonderful massage in the gazebo on the beach. We would absolutely return to this relaxing resort.
