How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Ensure that the room is in good repair. The soap holder in the bathroom was hanging loosely. The extractor motor in the bathroom was so loud that it was difficult to sleep. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi to connect in the room. We had to go to the lobby to connect. There was always the scent of cigarette smoke in the lobby. This was nothing like our previous stay. And finally, 11:00 am check out time is way too early.
The location was perfect. The price for the room was very budget friendly.

While my stay was overall comfortable, I was disappointed with the balcony space. It was much smaller than expected, making it difficult to truly enjoy the outside view in a relaxing way. I had hoped for a more open and inviting area where I could take in the surroundings comfortably.
I had a great stay at this property! The place was comfortable and offered great value for the price. One of the things I truly appreciated was the flexibility with check-in—being accommodated earlier than expected, which made my arrival smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, the security measures in place were a thoughtful touch. The system that alerts you when the door isn’t properly locked gave me peace of mind, ensuring a safe and secure experience throughout my stay.

They can use an upgrade with the room. The tv was not in the best working condition, also the furniture was a little outdated.

It's not all inclusive, they shut everything down early. They make it more like its a sr citizens property.
Its very nice and relaxing, if you want to relax and be away from the night life this your place to be.

The bathroom in our room definitely Needed work. The shower had very little pressure the vanity sink needed a new airrater in the tap. The bathroom floor was found to be wet close to the toilet. Television service was poor and interrupted by dish network. For satellite TV all channels should have been clear but were not. Half of them were snowy. Beds were comfortable. AC is so so
No breakfast was offered and no breakfast facilities were seen

Drilling on Saturday morning at 7am but not sure if this was the hotel or the restaurant that's joined to it. Also I am sure I was charged $20 for key deposit but they only gave $10 back but I may be wrong on the $20 as I got no paperwork for this so just be sure to check.
It's a basic 2 star hotel, you get what you pay for. If you need somewhere to stay for a few days it's fine if your the type that can accept something is older & has some wear & tear. If not not book somewhere else with a higher $ tag. Everything worked when I was there & the WiFi was good.

Room needs an update was very (bad) 70/80s look, windows were very dirty, could not really look clearly outside
It is in much need of an update. Bathroom door was broken other elements where so so. Elements are to old, they worked, but it needs an update. the shower head was fancier than the entire room. Windows dirty, curtains and shades broken...
