I don't know what I could possibly write here. I had a great time and did not want to leave. From talking to some of the locals that's exactly how they ended up on that island - they came one day &, never went home, but made a new home in St Maarten!

If you want to be front and center on a beautiful beach, just walk out on the sand. Guesthouse is lovely. Full kitchen. Balcony where I spent part of each day watching beautiful clear water, sound of waves is always present and wonderful. I bet you start each morning with a swim in the CaribbeanSea. Cute dogs and cats around sometimes. "grocery" store, restaurant and bars within 5 minutes walk. Parking inside the property if you rent a car. Secure location. Great island 🏝 with welcoming and polite people.

The location on the beach was wonderful. It's a quiet beach. The separate private beach area was great. The room was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Nice restaurants are within walking distance. We liked The Palms (excellent ribs) and the Vesna Taverna. The Atlantico bakery is great for breakfast. There are small supermarkets nearby also. Many of the other guests are long-time repeat visitors, which speaks to what a gem this place is.

This property is amazing for all things, location, facilities , staff and friendly calm environment! We had some issues with luggage and they helped us easily sort it and make it the least stressful situation, forever thankful!

Fantastic Customer Service!! There are 3 dogs and a cat that wander around the property - they were the BEST! I sat on the beach every day for hours and drank Prosecco. It was quiet, all guests were respectful of one another. I would highly recommend!

Debbie and Doug were amazing hosts! Room was cleaned everyday, they even did the dishes for us which was unexpected. Parking was easy, and the beach was practically empty everyday which made it feel even more exclusive. Beach front beauty.

You can't beat the location. Simpson Bay Beach is calm and has very few people. Debbie and Doug are amazing hosts. They make your stay very relaxing and peaceful. This was our second time there, and it did not disappoint. We can't wait to go back again!.

My stay in Simpson Bay was fantastic in a word. The location right on the beach is amazing, and the apartment was delightful, equipped with all conveniences. The view was breathtaking, truly something you need to experience for yourself to believe. The owners are incredibly friendly people and very helpful; they really went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like it was promised on the website. This stay is definitely recommended for anyone who wants to have an unforgettable time.

The seafront location is 10/10 for my early morning and late evening swims. Kitchen was adequate for making full meals. Housekeeping kept the unit clean. Both private parking and the remote gate, facilitate renting a vehicle. The garden area was well-designed. Angela was an absolute sweetheart and stepped in as a capable host, with her high energy, effervescent persona and confidence-inspiring presence on the property as Philippe brushed past us on Tuesday. Thankfully, the weather cleared by Wednesday & the adventure continued. Thanks for a memorable visit =)

we loved our stay at the horny toad, you get a great view of Simpson Bay, relax in a quiet area and also walk to Maho beach. Many restaurants are nearby and also grocery stores are close.
