How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Is a lot of noise around the hotel can't sleep with all that construction noise...

Everything just felt a little old. No way to wash dishes well. It would’ve been nice to be able to swap out the breakfast for other things, especially for the foreigners who can’t digest platano like me
Very convenient location. Had all the amenities listed. Executive suite had plenty of room, a small kitchen (coffee, microwave, cups, plates) and a desk to work. Nice ambiance around the common areas. Internet wifi worked well enough for video calls but wasn’t perfect

The extra costs for anything like laundry were excessive and the breakfast was small.
The facilities were good, a nice big pool and area to chill.

The napkins and sugar supply were very poor. The drinking fountain was covered by a piece of foil. It looked sloppy. The dining tables were not clean

Wifi stopped working and hotel staff couldn't really help us. The parking situation was a bit funny.

Like I always say: my short stay.
The fact that it's located at my favorite area in San Salvador, everything is just walking distance from here. Staff is amazingly so dedicated to the guests, oh! yeah, but that's the way all of my fellow country salvadoran people are everywhere you go around El Salvador. God bless my people.

Access to the building at night could have been better. The pool needs touch ups as some tiles we’re loose.
It would have been great if all the breakfast options where part of the breakfast included. As for the breakfast that was included it was wonderful.

The second stay. Room noisy, no blanket, no toiletries. Completely different to the apartment suite

I had to wait a long time for my room to be ready. Dirty room with cobwebs on the walls Expensive for what you get. Staff no English and my espaniol is poor. Corridors are gloomy and not well lit.
Apartments and hotel suites in a great location close to the smarter end of town. Supermarket, bars and other shops close by. Apartments are split over 2 sites across the road from one another. Comfy beds Good shower

Very slow service for breakfast, we waited a long time and the breakfast portion was very very small. Also the lighting in the bedrooms did not allow a warm bedroom atmosphere. The pale white lights make them feel very cold. Adding soft lighting and some bedside lamps would be a small change that would make a significant difference.The breakfast service was very slow, and we had to wait a long time. Additionally, the portion sizes for breakfast were extremely small. In the bedrooms, the lighting did not create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The harsh, pale white lights made the rooms feel cold. Introducing softer lighting and adding some bedside lamps would be a simple change that could make a significant difference.
We appreciated the privacy, the outdoor garden, the patio, the pool, and the friendly staff the friendly staff.

If anything, I wish the breakfast was bigger, or at least they didn’t charge extra for a second round. I didn’t use the pool, it looked usable but not 10/10. WiFi is slow/unstable.
Centrally located in Zona Rosa, and a short walk from relevant buses to Centro Histórico or La Libertad. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

I like the honesty from them on Wednesday night I lay down on the hammock and didn't realize I had left my wallet at the table outside on the garden. I realize the next morning I woke up and I thought I had left it at the restaurant I went the night before and went to front desk to ask if they can call me an uber to take me back to the restaurant I was the night before and I told the girl what happen, and she was like yeah I know I have your wallet. I was like what how do you know about my wallet she was like the maintenance boy last night found it and brough it to me. I was so happy and check my wallet everything was there and for that I give a 10000% of credit of honesty
I did like the staff very much they are very friendly and helpful the receptionist on duty was very nice she helped with calling uber for us.
