It’s not very well signposted from the outside - just says “hotel”

Beautiful room with huge bed. Hot water in the shower. Really friendly staff and on the day I arrived helped me arrange transport from a different part of the country. Desayuno típico was great.

I liked that here was always someone at the front desk. They were very helpful and attentive. We also liked that the breakfast was included with our stay. We also liked that there was parking at the property. Very clean.

I would recommend the owner/operator to consider providing an electric water heater for the rooms to make coffee or tea.

Perfect hotel in a nice location of the capital. Near several restaurants and shops. The room had all essentials. Comfortable bed, with tv and hot shower. Basic breakfast. Staff is super helpful.

This is my favorite hotel in San Benito. The location is fabulous. Lots of fine restaurants, cafes, and shops in this upscale area. The staff is always helpful. It's artsy, cozy, quiet, safe, and very pleasant. By every measure, a bargain value.

I found nothing to complain about at all. If I return to San Salvador again I will definitely stay at Hotel Citlalli.

The hotel is in a great neighborhood with loads of restaurants within a short walk and very safe. The hotel staff were also super kind, helpful and professional at all times. They were able to accommodate me with all requests for transport and even a quick breakfast to go. Facilities were very clean and minimalist which I appreciated.

Noise from the road and bars at the weekend

My room was right outside the reception area and so was quite noisy sometimes.

It was close to restaurants and museums. Breakfast was really good!

Room was simple but nicely decorated, with lots of hot water and okay (not amazing) water pressure. Breakfast was delicious (avocado toast with poached eggs and fresh fruit on the side) but beware that it does take a long time to arrive.

The air conditioning was a little noisy when you first turned it on. The bedside light globes continued to glow after turning them off, we had to unscrew them to get the. To turn off.

Really good location, felt incredibly safe. The hotel was quiet despite there being a lot of night life nearby. Clean & comfortable, nicely decorated rooms.

The rooms were slightly smaller in size than I expected.

Proximity to restaurants, pubs and bars are excellent. Bathrooms in the hotel was very clean and the linen was changed appropriately.

The area has a disco that plays music very loud, and you can hear the base at night.

Good breakfast, clean rooms, and the location is very safe.
