    Cant say there was anything

The location was within walking distance of many bars and restaurants although Taxi's when called were always prompt. The staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay great. It was also very good value for money for the stay, food and laundry.

Very nice staff! The ladies took such good care of us and the kids. Very welcoming. The rooms are great, we returned after a trip to the jungle. Food also very good.

The comfortable and embracing begins with the welcome drinks and the ongoing consideration and anticipation of every need. Terrific customer experience . Delicious breakfasts. Well managed property. A lot of love and thoughtfulness have gone into the curated melding of updated features and rustic accents.I loved the intimacy and scale of the property, pool, and common spaces. The rooms are spacious with great bathrooms and air conditioning. Isha and Lucy are particularly responsive and helpful with contacts and suggestions for exploring Paramaribo and Environs. Villa Famiri is a true gem and a destination.

Bathroom doors in the room that don't provide enough intimacy.

The room was a bit small and the water pressure of the shower wasn't that high.

The staff was very friendly; they immediately made us feel at home and were very helpful. The hotel is cozy so it's perfect for a couple's or solo vacation. There are quite some stores and restaurants in the area (walking distance).

    A caring home in Paramaribo

Paramaribo is not the easiest place to get around, and the area around the hotel is residential, so you will need a taxi or car to go to restaurants. Roads can get easily flooded so it's not really suited to walking.

An attractively decorated small hotel in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Paramaribo. What makes this a lovely place to stay above all are the staff members who treat you like a family member and work hard to make sure you are happy, comfortable and safe. This is like having a home in Paramaribo.

I had a really wonderful stay!! This is a beautiful colonial villa that has been totally renovated and upgrade with modern amenities. The common area is very nice with a small pool, fountains, and a great little bar area. Property is a short walk from restaurants and bars, and a longer walk or short drive from most of the city's main attractions. Staff were wonderful. The young lady at reception/the bar was so friendly and made me feel so welcome. She made me a breakfast box "to go" even though I had to leave for the airport at 3:30 AM, and even made me hot coffee! She also helped me call a taxi and a local restaurant for dinner. She was so nice and showed excellent customer service. And the room and the hotel were really lovely, clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend. Thank you so much!!
