It was really nice to be welcomed back by the staff. The room was really spacious and the bed very comfortable. Nice and quiet too. Great selection at breakfast. The hill top location gives great views.

The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming, be it the manager or the waiter/waitress. The gym is probably the best hotel gym I’ve ever experienced!

I arrived at the hotel on one of the days during heavy rainfall; one of the staff was standing inside, but he was not initiative enough to bring an umbrella outside to help me work out of my car. I was held up in the car for a while. I wasn't happy with this.

No iron available only an ironing service which had to be paid for. Laundry service was quite pricey if doing a full wash of clothes. No baby cradle or baby bed available so our 1 year old had to sleep between us.

Breakfast buffet was a pleasant experience. Staff were really helpful and went all out to fulfil our requests. Gym, swimming pool and tennis court were in good condition. During our stay not many guests were present so we were able to utilise the facilities when we wanted.

The hotel is undergoing renovations which meant that one of the restaurants was closed the room I booked not available. It should have been clear when booking that renovations are in progress so guests can make informed decisions about if they want to book.

The location is great with nice views from the hilltop out to sea. It was also nice that some of the staff remembered us from our previous stay over a year ago. The room was spacious and comfortable.

We had to wait for almost 4 hours to get our room even though we booked it almost 2 weeks in advance. They kept saying that the room is being cleand. The exterior aspect of the hotel. It looked like an abandoned building. At some point they started extending the buildings but stopped for some reason. Very noisy area at night. Our friends booked a room in advance but when they arrived there, for no reason, they have been told that there are no rooms available. They had to spend the night at a very sketchy hotel. Very expensive given the above and the overall location.

A few forks and cups on the table were dirty. The milk for the coffee was spoiled. The water did not go all the way down in the shower.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were limited, same everyday. Looks like they put out leftover dinner for breakfast. Ex penne and rice.
