A bit pricey for location

Comfortable and clean hotel in mountain surrounding. Professional and friendly staff. Good kitchen and very good SPA facilities

The price is very expensive for this rooms. The presence of a SPA does not justify this price, because the spa is - 1 small pool, 1 sauna and 1 hamam. If you'll cross the road on front of this hotel you can get a same for the half price.

Bed a little uncomfortable with a very soft mattress. Kids should not be allowed in the jacuzzi. Jacuzzi and the pool jets only working in 15 intervals.

Exceptional staff, especially the restaurant/breakfast staff. Great food and wine selection. Sufficient breakfast buffet selection. Clean and tastefully designed rooms and spa facilities.

No bike hire, which I have read about in some previous reviews.

Beautiful, modern hotel offering nice clean rooms. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Perfect spa facilities included in the price. Breakfast buffet had some warm and cold food options available, quite enough. Restaurant offers some tasty food and we were lucky to taste the bbq prepared in the back garden on one occasion.

Big bed but with two seperate matresess with huge space between to fall into! not very comfy neither attractive for couple to sleep on. The sleeping pillows were very uncomfortable as they were extremly flat and no other types were offered! Lack of hangers next to sink for the small daily towels used in the bathroom.

Liked it all, especially kids corner very comfy and clean!

the only issue I had was with some of the meals. I asked for ham and vegetables in my omelet snd only got ham. And, the omelet was so salty (as was a lot of the other food) that I imagined the chef was distracted by being in love. I decided to go elsewhere for half my meals and got food that was closer to my unique dietary restrictions.

had everything you needed right there on the property. The manager, Peter, was very helpful snd accommodating. He bent over backward to make sure I was satisfied with my stay.

- staff was not welcoming at all and that’s made a bed first impression - no fridge and kettle in the room (even through there was a tea) - no chance to visit climbing room - as we heard on the reception, we should book it before coming but we didn’t know it. so keep in mind it if you’re planning to visit the climbing room. there are instructor and all equipment should be provided.

- great place to relax - clean, warm and comfortable room - accessible by public transport - good breakfast - beautiful area around while our stay, there was not a lot of people so we could enjoy our time we would like to come back and recommend to visit that place

Sadly many things: I would say it's hardly 3 star hotel plus. The room is a small and you could hit your head many times because the roof is low..that's way why I want to comment as well about the beds..are low and not hard :(. Coffee machine was not clean...every time hot water for the small baby needed to bring from bar down. A hotel with no really good lobby! Price...doesn't really worth it. And also I did it to give it a try because if to send tourists in the future..

I know the area well. I was more into checking the hotel.

Very expensive for the service provided. Not happy with dinner at this hotel, very poor quality. Sauna and pool were underwhelming, not to the standard that I expect from a 4* hotel. Long wait at the reception.

New. Close to Janosikove diery for hiking.
