Everything was super, the deluxe apartment was big and clean, the food (breakfast and dinner too) was delicious and the garden was very relaxing!

I think half board service was a bad choice, because the dinner was a really really small portion. We went as a couple and a 1 year old kid and they served only two plates of really small amount of food (no plate for the baby). And the portion was so small, that half of mine was eaten by the baby. When we asked if the portion could be bigger, or is there anything left, they told us, that the kitchen is closed and the chef calculated the portion. (It should have been either two times bigger or there should have been also a soup or salad side dish). I am a 60 kg woman with normal apetite, not a 100 kg man. The quality of the food was really good at dinner, just not the quantity.

I really liked the breakfast lounge (everything from wood and huge glass windows), the lovely kid friendly garden. It was in the centrum, still very quiet. Friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and offered a huge variety of high quality food in buffet style.

Apparently, there's no oven or stovetop in the apartment, we expected to have that as we brought our own food.

Clean, cosy rooms, nice service, spa, parking. City center, very easy to commute to the malls, shops and of course 20 min by car to the mountains.

Charming location with an open dining area that overlooks a generous backyard. A short 10 minute walk from the train station, the rooms were clean and decently sized. We enjoyed the dinner service and breakfast buffet. They also helped us with luggage storage.

The electricity/lights in the room sometimes didn't work (bathroom).

Really nice small hotel, within 10 minutes walking distance to the centre of Poprad. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast with friendly staff.

The community space does not have heating but it would good to use it especially around the holiday season.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights. We had breakfast there every day as it made it simpler to make the most of the time in the area. The offer was good and ready whenever we asked it to be! I would recommend paying for it as the value for price and convenience is very good. I would also recommend the Sauna. I took my kids there after a long hike and the three options are really good. Specially because they are right there in the premise. I was not expecting it to be as well set as it was. We had the whole floor to ourselves!

There wasn’t a picture of the neighbourhood right across from the accomodation. It wasn’t What we excepted, but truly it was way quieter than we first anticipated. The only real downside was that it was impossible to communicate with the ladies at the bar/ breakfast in english.

It was really clean, and the breakfast was spectacular.

Communication was quite challenging since most of the staff didn’t speak English or German. But they tried and were helpful when the shower was broken.

The dining room is a bit small if the hotel is somewhat fully booke. We had to return to our room and wait for a open table later during the Sunday breakfast. However, the breakfast was still good.

Clean well equiped room with excelent breakfast. The access after hours was safe and easy.

Just to mention a minor point here: the bed and the pillow were a bit softer than my taste - but in reality there is nothing to be mentioned here.

The property is in a quiet part of the city. The house is in a dead-end road with nearly no traffic, in front of the house there is a small stream ("river Poprad"). The facility looks new with a nice garden a pretty breakfast area. The parking was free in front of the house but we were able to park our motorbikes in the courtyard (for €4). Staff was very friendly and helpful, payment by card was accepted with no issue, administration easy. We went out for dinner to Restaurant Prezo nearby (10 minutes of walk) for a fantastic dinner. Breakfast was delicious.
