Room access: The entrance to the rooms is inconvenient and poorly designed. The narrow staircase with steep steps makes it challenging to carry a large, heavy suitcase or a stroller. Location: On the positive side, the hotel is located along Route 64, making it easy to find.However, the downside is that the windows facing the road make the rooms noisy if the windows are open. Distance from Bojnice: The hotel is approximately 4 km away from Bojnice and 2.5 km away from the nearest shopping centers or McDonald's. Reaching these places requires either a taxi or a personal car. Keep in mind that Bojnice has paid parking zones, costing 1–2 euros per hour. Amenities: There is no kettle in the rooms or 24/7 access to hot water or a microwave. Guests have to go to the reception to request hot water, but the reception has limited working hours. Check-out time: Check-out at 10:00 a.m. is very inconvenient. A check-out around noon (12–1 p.m.) would be much more reasonable. Taking 5 hours to clean a room isn't understandable. Quiet hours (10 p.m. – 6 a.m.): Quiet hours ending at 6 a.m. make it difficult to get proper rest in the morning. Trash cleaning: During our two-day stay, the trash bins were not emptied, and trash was overflowing. Bedding: The sheets were old and visibly worn, with some parts even torn. Fitness equipment: The gym equipment is in poor condition and unsafe, creating a risk of injury. Parking: There are only 10 parking spaces available, and just 4 are reserved for the hotel. Parking availability isn’t guaranteed, as spaces may already be occupied.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and three days with our family. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. The hotel felt cozy, almost like home, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Only marked it down because, due to it being off season the shower to our room had the water supply turned off, staff offered to get it sorted but we were heading back to Bratislava early so didn't have time to wait, was the only downside but it won't put me off returning to the hotel the next time I'm in the area.

I booked a room which was supposed to be 25m2 and was described as "with private entrance and outdoor seating". The room we got was on the top floor (room nr 7) and 12m2 at the most. It was really small and inconcenient for that price (151 euro for two nights, including the tax for a dog).

The only odd flaw I could see in my room was the shower head had no holder on the wall, otherwise it was warm and powerful.

This accommodation is a short 12/15 minute walk from both the train station and the bus station. Inside, it's beautiful and impeccably clean with friendly and helpful staff. The beds were probably the most comfortable I've slept in.....very luxurious. The wifi was stable and fast and the AC worked well. It's also a very peaceful and safe area.
