The only small downsides were that the breakfast could have been a bit more varied, although the ingredients were always fresh, and there were not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels – but these were minor details and did not affect my overall great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Sentami and would definitely rate it 10/10. The room was spacious and located in the back building of the property, which made it very quiet and relaxing. The guesthouse is just outside the busy city center, so it was peaceful, yet only about a 10–15 minute easy walk to the main square. There was plenty of storage space, a large bathroom, everything was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage, as I arrived very early in the morning and left late in the evening. As an extra bonus, there is also a restaurant next to the hotel, offering very tasty food at reasonable prices.

A breakfast, although satisfactory, could be a bit more varied.

The location is convenient for those arriving in Žilina for logistics and business purposes. It is also ideal for those arriving by their own cars because the parking lot is very good. The property is ideal for a good night rest after an exploration of the surroundings or for those traveling on long north to south (and vice versa) European routes. The room is good, clean and quiet. There is no doubt, I recommend the property without any doubt.

There was a bit of a stale air in the room which smelled like old furniture and was impossible to air out. Otherwise no complaints.

The staff was very welcoming and always in good mood. Accommodation was very good price/benefit wise, the beds were really comfy and there was little to no noise during the night so I slept very well. Breakfast was good, it is based on ordering, not Swedish table style but that did not matter that much as the food was good.

Only mark and point for improvement would be to enable the TV channels to be in English, or to have options for original versions. Other than this I loved my stay in Sentami.

Exceptional service with staff very kind and helpful, despite the fact that they were not fluent in English they managed to meet the expectations and go over and beyond to meet my needs. Restaurant food was fresh, well prepared yet with affordable prices. Sentami is close to the center, so you can just enjoy the city, mall with walking distance. Rooms were spacious and clean. I will definitely book again here when I will be back to Žilina.

Small and simple hotel but rooms are spacious and very clean. Stuff is supportive. There is no breakfast buffet but it's possible to order what you like a la carte.

Very clean and quiet room, also quite spacious for single accomodation room. Good strong internet. They have a lock for if you are coming later than check-in. And were nice enough to let my car stay at their parking for a few more hours after i checked out, so I can see the city. The city center is 10-15 min walk away.

Parking is little bit small in my personal opinion but fine even for less experienced driver. TV is lacking options for Netflix or any other live-streaming media which was a little bit unexpected for my taste.

Perfect breakfast options, clean room with a kettle in case you want to make a coffee or a tea. Bed was comfortable and there's a lot of space, bathroom was clean and nice. Great location with lots of shops nearby, good value for your money. Staff was nice and wholesome, parking is easily accessible with many parking spots.

If our car were a bit larger we would've had a problem get to the hotel parking. Lodging is right next to the residential neighborhood with many parked cars at night.

The breakfast could be more diverse. No lactose-free/veg milk/yogurt nor fruit available. But the menu offered was good and enough. Staff were not comfortable speaking English.

During my not short travelling history I never ever faced that while booking a double room with a double bed I can get this bed made on a half - one pillow and one small blanket. Very sad sight! Also, I have arrived on Sunday evening, exhausted after a long drive, and reception girl was not very helpful. I needed to refer additionally to be able to find my room in other building.

A lot of advantages: great location - 15 minutes on foot to the main squares, safe parking on its territory, newly fresh and stylish facilities, appropriate heating, I loved the shower gel, very welcoming breakfast personnel and tasty breakfast.

Too far from town for some people perhaps.

Basically a 6 bedroom apartment above a cafe/restaurant, but good all round. Quiet location, although a 10 minute walk to town, and 15 to the bus and train stations. Friendly staff. Good alacarte breakfast included, and staff offered me a packed lunch as I was going out too early one day. Very modern and clean.
