The only tiny drawback was the size of the bed in the twin room where I stayed. The bed was really too narrow and its concept was more like a hospital than a hotel style. In any case, a minor detail that does not affect the entire positive experience.

This is a true hotel with perfect parking lot and also ideal location. Literally everything is so close and within the walking distance. Hotel has wonderful and ready to assist staff that excels in every aspect. The whole hotel is clean and properly maintained. Wonderful base to explore amazing Bardejov that has so much to offer to its visitor. One of my favorite places in Slovakia and I have visited them many.

The exterior is not as clean as the inside. enter the building from the parking lot side, but it is a small night entrance and the former main entrance is closed.It makes me complicated.

Location good and central for exploring old town, but on a pedestrian street. My room faced the street and there was quite a bit of noise from the street that went on late into the night.

Room was adequate in size for one person, clean, private bathroom. Good breakfast in breakfast room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Location good for exploring the old city and getting to the castle and area around it.

Given it's an old hotel structure, the bathroom okay, but water would leak from the shower.

The room was quite large and the beds were quite comfortable; while the bathroom was okay at best. It is an old hotel structure, but wi-fi was good. Regarding location, the hotel is very close to the main square. Breakfast was quite nice with plenty of options. The hotel bar was also quite nice if you wanted to rest for a bit, see some people and have a drink.

The hotel is in the centre and 20 minutes walk from the railway station. The room is nice, an electric kettle would make it perfect. The air conditioner is situated in the right place (above the entrance door) . I didn't use it but in summer it would be useful. A good brekfast is served, costs 3 euro.

To be honest, nothing about the stay was bad.

Location is just a few blocks from the town square, a 20 minute walk from the bus station, and close to a number of restaurants. Room has a refrigerator and a good shower. Breakfast was also very good. Staff spoke little English, but were friendly and helpful.

The location is right across street from the historical old town. There are plenty of private free parking. The staff spoke very good English and very helpful. The breakfast is good.

Pillows, very basic and not really super-large room. Small window facing directly the parking area. All in all not big issues and considering the price a real good value for the money.

Nice and helpful staff, helped with the parking, with city orientation and to find an open and nice restaurant out of the touristic path. Room was ok clean and comfortable, pillows were not. However I could sleep perfectly and the near parking square wasn't too noisy. Parking is open air between hotel building and the buildings around, but they also have some covered spots in a garage on the opposite side of the square for no extra charge. Good idea. City center is just 200m far, so you can stretch your legs enough without effort. Wifi works.

The location close to the city center is perfect. Rooms are comfortable and clean. During hot days the functioning air condition was important.
