There is convenient free parking right in front of the hotel. The receptionists are very welcoming — and one of them is simply a treasure! The breakfasts are delicious, and the restaurant staff are lovely. Although there are many guests with children and dogs, it remains pleasantly quiet.

It is in a valley, a truly beautiful place, there is a stream flowing nearby, you can hear the water flowing. They serve delicious breakfast and dinner.

The breakfast is only from 8, it should start earlier... Also the coffee at breakfast is really weak, but you can buy normal coffee at extra price.

Beautiful and quiet location in the nature. Rooms were clean and modern. Food was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. Private sauna use for only 5 euro per person. The staff was really kind.

Breakfast, dinner are amazing. Busstation for skibus is near the hotel. Room is clean. There is a comfortable skiroom.

Bed linen and pillows were really old, used and of a bad quality but clean. After 2 requests we received much better pillows. Overall dinner was good but a few times could be of a better quality.

Perfect location close to Jasná ski lifts, ski bus stop nearby. Really good breakfast, private sauna upon request for 1 hour a great option after skiing. Staff was nice and helpful.

It is close to the slopes, free ski bus stops in front of the property and gets you in 10-15 min. to the slopes. Delicious food with great variety. They have vegetarian choice every day for dinner and provided gluten-free bread at breakfast upon request. Great ski storage room with electrical boot dryer. Nice, quite place, no parties in the area. The property is on the other side of the creek, no traffic noise. Good value for money.

There was sewer smell in the bathroom, which was quite strong and irritating. Breakfast everyday of 5 days stayed - were identical.

The room was a bit fatigued and had the best time long behind it. Some refurbishment would be a good idea. It was cleanish when I arrived (dust on the carpet, spots in the bathroom). So a bit of extra touch from the cleaning team would have improved the experience a lot. Walls' soundproof was quite low.

I decided for half-board option and was satisfied. Dinners were tasty with reasonable choice from three, main dishes. Breakfast was also good. The location was perfect for me, as I travelled by public transport. The hotel is located near a skibus stop; it's few minutes ride to the slopes. A ski room was spacey and with modern dryers for ski boots. Because hotel is located in the valley the surrounding is pretty nice.

Missed the game room that was more promising on the pictures. At breakfast there should be title on the server menu. Would be nice to know what is served for breakfast.

I liked the location and the facility. The room was clean and well maintained. The drier for the skies in the basement was also a positive for me.

We were very satisfied. The hotel is very nice, clean. We were given precise instructions for our late arrival, thanks to which our arrival was trouble-free. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were great. The receptionists and the waiters were very nice and helpful. Thank you. If we have the opportunity we will come again.
