Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandThe owner was really gentle and nice, she let us stay even a little longer because our bus was only in the afternoon. She brought us some delicious cakes she prepared and she even gave us a ride to Bachledova Dolina because she was going on that direction that they. She was really talkative and welcoming, which made us feel like home. The room was nice and very well kept, with an external private bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. From the outside, the accommodation looks simpler than other accommodations in Ždiar, but it definitely offers everything one needs to spend a comfortable holiday.

LithuaniaNot so perfect if You are without a car, as mountain railway station is not on walkable distance. There are buses, but better to arrive with a car.
Apartment located in very nice and calm village near mountains. Owner was very helpfull and friendly. Looked old fashioned, but very clean and spacious rooms with nice mountain view. If You need only the place to sleep and spend evenings, it is more than enough. Parking place in the yard. Suitable for bigger groups.

HungaryOur host was not on site when we arrived and the administration was delayed. This is not a problem, but it was a bit inconvenient to have to do the administration when we were sleepy and not fully dressed at 7am on the day we left. It would have been more polite to allow us half an hour to drink our coffee and get dressed first. At the same time we had to pay a few euros for something we didn't fully understand. It wasn't a lot of money and it wasn't a problem, but it would be nice to know in advance, because then we'd be prepared with cash. However, these are small things that did not affect our mood. Overall, we loved the accommodation and the host.
The accommodation is very clean, very sophisticated. You can see that it has been designed with love. The view is wonderful, the whole place is very welcoming. Unfortunately, due to our work we could only spend three days there, but next time we would like to stay longer. We recommend it to everyone!

PolandMy stay was unfortunately marred by a serious lack of privacy, with hosts entering the room multiple times without any notice- and later behaving like they didn't. The absence of a safe or lockbox for valuables added to this uncomfortable feeling. Additionally, the cleanliness was lacking (e.g., thick dust, blocked drain) and the facilities are quite outdated. The beautiful location couldn't compensate for these fundamental issues.
