3rd floor without elevator was a struggle with luggage, roof level room was quite hot during the day.

The bed was not comfortable, it has creaked. I was afraid that it will fall down below us. The room is small for a family.

The Breakfast is good. The apartment is very close to the city center. There is a Mall with a Lidl not far away.

I had no negative experience with the accommodation.

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The accommodation is located in the centre of the city, a short walk from everywhere. The service staff were helpful and I was particularly pleased that they spoke English.

Everything: Location Breakfast Stuff And the girl at reception, she call to me after booking and ask about the time arrival even right before our arrival. She speaks Ukrainian as native speaker. Amazing. There is paid parking like 3 min from them, which cost 1 euro for 3 hours at night.

Everything was ok , reception girls very polite and helpful . Apart from woman who served breakfast , she was not polite , I noticed that she raised her voice at someone who accidentally spilled water in the coffee machine . Not nice from her . All the time when people ask her something she was nervous . Nice hotel and clean. Recommended !

Everything was good, but the most important thing is that especially in the winter season the heating system is most important therefore the heating system was not good.

The biggest problem was the check-in. I arrived at appr. 14:30. The door was closed, and it was written in English, there after calling the given phone number they come in a minute. This point is definitely not true. During the first call the other person spoke mix of Slovakian and English for the opening the door. This was not successful, since I cannot speak Slovakian, so after 10 minutes I made a second call. This call was a bit better, they spoke that came in a minute. After again 10 minutes waiting I thought about leaving the place and searching an other accomodation, but an other guest happened to come to the door, who knew how to open the door, which was nowhere written. So all in all I had to wait appr. 30 minutes in the cold weather, which was very unconvenient. After accessing to the reception, the woman could not speak English. I think, if a guest arrives from abroad, the host should provide an English-speaker receptionist. After several minutes the woman gave me a phone, where was spoken that a good English-speaker person came in 20minutes. Finally I got the key, but this was very-very complicated and unpleasent. But this was not the only problem. The room was very cold. The thermostat wrote 17C after arriving. I setup to the maximal value, I felt a hot point from the celling but the floor was still very cold. For the evening became 18C, for morning 19C. I think, the last temperature is still very cold to staying in a room. Mention must be made of the breakfast. The breakfast was indeed bufet-type, but I felt the portions were not fresh, e.g. the ham and eggs was cold, the sausages and breads had a strange taste. I felt also a high saving from the pension management site, e.g. the dark corridors, not too light room, steadily switching off the unnecessary lamp in breakfast place, cold room and corridor, etc. All in all, I was disappointed, I definitely not recommend this pension to others, especially with this high price.

The place of the pension is indeed close to the downtown, but this was maybe the only positive aspect.
