Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The breakfast was truly excellent – a wide variety and everything fresh and delicious. The location of the property is perfect, close to all attractions, yet peaceful. The staff and owners were extremely helpful and friendly, we felt very welcome. The atmosphere throughout the place was warm and relaxing. The room was comfortable, and the stay went smoothly without any issues. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

Penzion Siesta Grand is conveniently located near the Slovensky Raj National Park, making it a solid choice for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts who wish to explore the surroundings. The staff at the guesthouse (speaking excellent English and German) were welcoming and friendly, always ready to provide hiking tips. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the room was absolutely convenient. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying with a variety of options.

HungaryBreakfast was excellent, the staff spoke english and was very helpful with planning hiking trips in the national park. The tickets to the national park is included in the tourist tax. They also offer dinner at the penzion which was a treat at the end of the day.
