How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The only problem is the police on the access road checking the alcohol level of skiers returning from the lifts :) So be careful.. But this is of course not a problem on the side of the guesthouse. One of the pillows in room 6 should be replaced immediately
The guesthouse met my expectations. Good parking, efficient remote key collection, ski room with drying system (could be more efficient). Spacious and warm room. Bathroom with shower also ok. Meals very good, especially breakfasts. Location 15 min to Jasna. Ski bus approx. 500 m from the apartment.

The only downside was the location, because ski bus is kinda far from the accomodation when you try to walk with your ski equipment. But other than that we really had no problems at all.
We spent 3 nights in 2 rooms, both of them were well equipped, clean and comfortable for our purposes. Food was quiet tasty and the breakfast options were nice. It was easy to get in touch with the staff as well, and they were really helpful.

To be one hundred percent honest, there was one thing, that bothered everytime we came back to the room from outside. The smell of a soury humid basement with notes of possible mold "kicked" right in the nostrils. What is good (if I can say like that) - you got used to that smell incredibly fast. DEHUMIDIFIERS! DEHUMIDIFIERS! not cheap ones

At the buffet breakfast i would prefer better if jams and yogurts were served in bowls instead of small portions, wrapped in plastic and alu, it's producing a lot of waste unnecessarily. Just a tip.
Good value per price, correct breakfast and dinner. Keys are in safe what can be opened with a code what they provide prior to arrival. So even if the arrival time is out of office hours we can easily get into the room. Communication and information was perfect. Location is very nice.

It was my second time in Pavčina Legita, and I’m coming here next time. The rooms are bright, clean and cozy, well-equipped. The property offers half board, with a few options for dinner. Despite it’s not required, the cooking ladies even made my dinner vegetarian (thanks❤️). The host Jana is very friendly and collaborative, she made our stay smooth and comfortable. The location is also nice and quiet, ~5-10 minutes from ski lifts. 10/10.

Sauna is not continuously operating, it needs to be requested to be turned on two hours before usage and it was not completely warmed-up in time but starting it a bit earlier would probably help.
The apartment is well maintained, modern, well-equipped and clean. Parking is fine in the backyard. There is even a normal size sauna with cold plunge pool. Staff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and more than enough.

Chopok ski region is really expensive and ski conditions were not too good.
Really good breakfasts and dinners (possibility to order). Familly atmosphere. Good location. Clean.

Wonderful hosts, nice and clean room and house with an awesome view to the mountains. The breakfast is delicious, big portions, recomnended for kids too. We loved everything ❤️

Hardly any communication with the host, they didn't introduce themselves to us. The water was not warm enough after two people took a shower. Breakfast was very simple.
The place is beautiful, clean, very suitable for family with children, the rooms are big and well organized. Easy to find and get in. Close to attractions.

When we booked, it said you can pay euro 10 and have dinner in the hotel, but when we arrived, the lady told us no dinner. Without any cooking tools. You have to go and eat in restaurants out of the hotel.
