Excellent location. Walking distance to the castle, Zoo, restaurants and even Lidl. We had a family room which were two separate rooms with a shared hallway and bathroom. This was perfect for us and the kids. Friendly staff. Nothing was a problem. Customer service as it should be.

Very nice and clean accommodation near Bojnice castle. Enough parking spaces. We had an apartment with two bedrooms, which was very comfortable (we were 3 adults and 2 kids). There was also air-conditioning - in hot summer it's a plus. We did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Several food stores are nearby. Overall, I definitely recommend this accommodation.

The heating was very loud. But if we turned it off for the night, it did not bother us. The batch tub was surprisingly small. And if I were to travel to the city again, I'd bring my own pillow. I personally did not prefer the one we had.

We had an excelent stay. Apart from minor inconveniences it was perfect. The breakfast was very nice as well. We could check in late also, as all doors open with a code. The location is absolutely good for daily visits to the attractions around. Very spacious room with an extra sofa, balcony and comfortable beds. They provided anything we could have needed. (Like fridge, Kettle, Extra blanket, AC)

If you go on the balcony you’ll be less than 1m close to the next rooms balcony & the people there.

Comfortable, modern, looks new / renovated. It is close to the center, close to Lidl. There is free parking. We stayed for one night and we could extend the checkout in order to visit the castle.

An electric kettle was in the room from the very beginning. The bathtub was small but did the job as required. As the bed mattress turned out to be too soft for me to sleep comfortably the alternative solution was a sofa in the room. The room has an airconditioning. Some rooms have a small balcony.

It was strange that the staff spoke only in Slovakian, but they easily solved the issue using google translator.

It was easy to find the hotel and there was enough parking place in the courtyard. The room was spacious, clean, warm and quiet. Easy walk to the castle even for an elderly person.

The place is less than a 10-minute walk from Bojnice Castle and the restaurants and bars in the centre. The room was spacious and clean. There is private parking for the hotel guests. Breakfast was abundant.

Noise from busy street may distub people staying in room 12, 11, etc. No kitchen but fridge and kettle. Extra tourist tax 6 euros could be included in booking.com price.

Clean and tidy space. # 12 includes two separate rooms, that may suite maximum five people. Sitting place outside the building. Pool table in hall. Reception closes at 19 but gives key to enter the building.

Hotel is located next to lively street, so if your room is facing the street, you can easily hear especially larger vehicles driving by, although the night time is more quieter. The staff (one lady) doesn't speak much English, but with Google translate everything worked fine . Air conditioning's remote control was missing, so every time you wanted to adjust the air conditioner, you had to climb to the chair and adjust it manually.

Blankets smelt really bad as well as bathroom/towels, very loud heating, one of the TVs wasn’t working properly, cleanliness rather questionnable

I booked two single beds, but they prepared for a couple. It was sorted out quickly, but the beds were too close to each other. Ended up sleeping on the couch eventually.
