View of the Tatras from the window, proximity to the train and a large store, very quiet area at night, good contact with the lady who manages the property. If I were to stay overnight in Poprad again, I would go there again.

Perfect location right by the train station to get up into the Tatras. Very short walk into the centre of Poprad too. All instructions on checkin were super straightforward and easy to follow. Plenty of space in the room.

We could have done with more soap and some larger plates and a few more cutlery or sharp knives.

All in all we have found the accommodation cozy, very clean, the bed was comfortable too. We had a very pleasant stay.

Great locations as so close to the train and bus station plus easy walking distance to restaurants in town. Great to have a folder with information on what to do in the area and ideas for walks. Room is more like a hotel room than an apartment, but it has a fridge and kettle plus some dishes. Staff really helpful.

I would have been welcomed to have blinds in the bathroom. In the classic room category it was a bit difficult to clean the used dishes within the apartment, probably a common area for that would be better. As well seating area within the apartment was not for having dinner or similar.

Next to the train station and the bus terminal but still quite neighborhood. Easy, flexible and well communicated self Check-in. The owner was very nice and easy to reach out to. The apartment had everything that is needed for a short stay and was clean.

Penzion Fantazia Poprad is a very short walk from Poprad Train Station and walking distance to everything in the city. The room was large and comfortable and a kettle, bar fridge and television were all included. The double bed was large and comfortable and the self-check in went smoothly. The room also had an interesting curved ceiling which gave it a chalet feel.

The property is located in the city center. Short walk from the walking promenade with all the bars and restaurants. There are designated parking spots for the guests. The check in is easy and the check out as well. The stuff is friendly and helpful. We were staying in the rooftop so if you are very tall, you should reconsider the room. Otherwise it was very clean, amazing location and comfortable.

The 10:00 am checkout is a bit early

A pleasant short walk from the main Train Station. And passing by the Second World War Monument of the Soviet Liberation (from Fascism and the Nazis) makes this short walk a pleasant memory refresher too. In the room, all were nice and clean and comfortable. The central heating was turned on all day long, most likely thanks to cheap Russian gas (so if you are not a sympathiser bring your own fuel). And there is a reception-free entrance with a code. So late-night arrival is not a problem.

No stairs, our room at the highest level 2. They charge my card with some amount, the balance they ask for cash. End up, I need to withdraw some extra money from ATM.

Comfortable room. Have all the basic necessities that you need. My room have fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, utensils. They clean up the room every 2 or 3 days. They allowed us to check in early at 11am. I met the reception lady, good service, very friendly, she help to collect the key at the box & showed us the room. She even help to carry one of our luggage upstairs. We refuse her to do so, because our luggage so heavy, but she insist. We so thankful for that.

I was scared of the scarecrow on the stairs on the way up to my room! 😅 Otherwise it was a very comfortable stay and good value for money!

The staff were very accommodating, I arrived on an early flight and they were cleaning my room when I arrived to drop my luggage. They told me the room would be ready in 20 min which was fabulous, I went and got a coffee and was able to settle into the room afterwards.

As I stayed in the attic room, it was obviously hot but there were some fans around so they helped a little.

It was perfect for a short stay. Close to the train station and also to the city center. I got clear instructions about the check-in and check-out; everything went smoothly. The room was big and comfortable.

Big room and bathroom with a big comfy bed. Quiet area. Host allowed us to check in early. Washing service for €7 - washing was returned same day!
