The place was spotless and very well-maintained, with comfortable beds, a big bathroom and a fully equipped small kitchen. The parking was free. The location was excellent—5 minutes from Tatralandia water park, shops, and public transport, about 20 minutes from local caves by car. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great choice if you are visiting the area.

We couldn't find a hairdryer. The house is close to Jasna ski resort and we also skied that weekend. It would be preferable if they would have a storage for the skis and the equipment where we can dry them. We were not told if they have one or not.

We stayed only for one night in the apartment. It was comfortable, spacious and clean. Occupying the apartment was very easy and fast. We had a parking space for the car which was observed by a camera. The breakfast was also good and sufficient.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

My husband and I were traveling from Prague to Slovakia by train to visit my relatives. Liptov region is one of my favorites in SK and I wanted to show my husband this beautiful part of the country. We booked Penzion Ajda for a night and discovered a true gem. It was a little home away from home. Wonderful owner Stanislava is beyond welcoming, helpful and professional. We instantly fell in love with this Penzion, room was great, comfy bed, great shower. My husband still talks about the breakfast he got. And we used hot tub/sauna in Wellness part of Penzion which fell heavenly after travel. Surrounding area is so beautiful, river, nice trail through forest, simply perfection. There was a grocery store very close which comes handy. Me and my husband became fast friends with other guests and it shows that this Penzion is not just another lodging option, it truly feels like home for its comfort, warm welcome, amenities, nature and wonderful people. The location is great not too far from the city center and Tatralandia on foot. The breakfast is plenty and very delicious. The room is spacious and clean. The river was flowing in front of our window and it was great to fall asleep to the sound of it. It is also great that it is not next to the traffic which gave us peace and quiet.

In the description is declared, that kitchen is available on each floor. That is not true. There is only one kitchen and equipment is not fully available to the guests. So cooking is not possible there. Walls are thin, you can hear noise from the other rooms.

Rooms were clean and well equipped. Location is great with a lot of entertainment nearby. Parking in from of the house with sufficient capacity. Staff very pleasant and breakfast not very various, but sufficient.

The tv didn’t work in the main guest room therefore we plugged the tv from the other room instead and the wifi password wasn’t displayed anywhere so had to use my data.

The property was excellent, very clean and well equipped. It had everything you need. All of the beds were very comfortable and cosy. The host was very nice and helped us getting a taxi number.

Unfortunately, the equipment and decoration of the room was quite outdated, dark lamps, one of the night lamps not working. The wellness area / jacuzzi not open by default. Ok if you don't need anything fancy but that's that.

Good location near the center of Mikulaš but not right in it. A truly helpful owner, responsive once contacted.

Nobody at reception when we arrived, we had to make a phone call and send messages to check in. No breakfast available despite indicating that there was. A very intense host who seemed quite agitated. I wouldn't stay here again if I had a choice.
