The facilities are extremely limited. The TV is only in Slovakian language and often there is no signal. No kettle available which I asked for but I was completely ignored. The room was big and clean but that’s all you get. I had an accident during one of my walks when I sprained my ankle and had to shorten my stay. I was very grateful for the ice bags I received from the restaurant staff. They are lovely people.

The property has a great restaurant and their food is very fresh and delicious. The morning breakfast is quite limited though- no black tea and the coffee is not tasty. For €10 I think the choice should be more varied.

Television in room lacks of information how to get any station to watch nor how to operate it.

Location. Ample free parking. Restaurant on premises with good selection of food and drinks. Good WiFi connectivity.

We went Slovakia Aland Poland for a motorbike tour, stayed here for a night. Nice, Family owned place, restaurant included. Rooms are superclean, crew is very helpful and nice. Breakfast was amazing.

Check out instructions were not very clear. Check out was before 11 but we needed to check out at 8:30 and we could not really find anyone and office was closed, luckily a cleaning lady helped us and we gave her our key.

Loved the room. It was new and clean and quiet. You could see the Tatras from our room and the stream outside at night was so peaceful. Staff was great and restaurant next door was good.

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower - the shower head holder was the wrong one, so you need to hold the shower head whilst showering.

I liked that it was really close to AquaCity, which is why I booked it.

There was a strange smell in the foreground. The equipment (e.g. soap holder) is a bit modest. The room could be cleaner (cobwebs, clothes left under the bed).

It is easily accessible. The restaurant was very good.

I was needed a room close to the train station as I had to catch an early train for my trip. The hotel was about 15 minutes on foot from the train station, which was ideal for me. When I get there, for a moment, I didn't know where to check in or what. But when I found the information, I entered the restaurant and made the check in. The room was quite big and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The room wouldn't be that bed if it would not have so many slants. It was a very small shower 🚿 very hard to fit in...and small windows for the room. They had to search for my reservation to find it...

The location of the place was very nice in the city. Stuff was very nice and polite 👍

Lightenung could be brighter

Cozy single room with sofa. Quiet location Very friendly staff, english spoken by staff and even german is spoken by the owner. All clean and good Nice breakfast buffet (add on 8 €) and good restaurant with local food and menu in english Still in reasonable distance (20 min walk) to railway station. Supermarket (Lidl) nearby.
