Matress was super hard, pillow very small and too soft. No AC in room. During festival price was doubled.

When I arrive the hotel, there is no reception and no people in the hotel. I met a kind man who was check-in customer of the hotel, he let me get in the hotel corridor area which was comparative comfortable as it was very cold outside the door. I called the phone display on notice board for help, there is no reply at the beginning, after serveral attempts finally someone took my call then waited for about 15 mins, someone come and give room key to me. I hope you will not experience this when you book this hotel.

The room given to me is very spacious and the facilities is reasonably good. It is close to old town and the Castle, you can to the main attractions by foot.

Fair service, cleanliness and level of renovation for the price. Breakfast offer exceeded my expectations, but starts around 7:30. Despite reviews, troubles with the heating were resolved after communication with the front desk. Great location close to the historical centre. For stayover good place.

Thin walls, the guy in the next room snored loudly, luckily I always bring ear plugs. Breakfast was only available for one hour.

There were restaurants associated with the property, which is convenient. It was a short walk to the center and the castle.

Pretty good location near main attractions, own parking area near the hotel. Breakfast was a bit boring, lady in reception struggled with English, but we handled our issues nicely. only minus: no AC in the room, only ventilator... which has not much use in high temperature. But: generally okay!

Wi-Fi password listed in the welcome instruction is wrong could not connect, Desk chair needs to be replaced. To many sharp stairs so I do no recommend for old people with mobility problems.

The house is next to a busy road so there is traffic noise from early on. Breakfast time from Monday to Friday is quite early (7:00-8:00 am).

Easy to find and check-in. Centrally located, but had good parking option. Spacious and clean room. Very nice breakfast with many options to choose from, everything was tasty.

Although it says breakfast is included, it's not the buffet breakfast that we expect in hotels. A wrapped plate of cold cut meat, bread, spread, and butter was served to my room the night before. The hotel has a dining hall on the ground floor, but it was closed. Presumably, they didn't want to run a buffet breakfast service on a day with low occupancy. As a matter of fact, I visited Trencin on the first week of Feb.

I like that it has a big room and toilet for a solo traveller, can't get room of such size in Bratislava even with double of the price. The beds are comfortable, and they have all the amenities you need for just a one night stay.

We need access to the airport so this was really good to get a train then bus to Bratislava Airport. The breakfast was awesome.
