How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The owners are really, really nice and friendly, loved this place a lot, very good price and it’s near the Slovakia’s National Tatry park. Very nice😀

The host was very friendly and welcoming and kindly provided us with a fan in our room (heatwave). Free parking at the house and short drive into the town to a lovely restaurant recommended by the host. We were even lucky enough to sample his homemade schnapps. We highly recommend this accommodation.

U can hear ur neighbors if they are loud
Owners gave some good tips about city, what to see and where to eat :)) Pets are welcome, had Tatras maps, big kitchen with everything u need

It was my second time here. Calm village in the outskirts of Liptovsky Mikulas (there are some small shops), close to the mountains (for a walk or skiing). Nice room (with a couch if you prefer to sleep separately), fully equipped kitchen. Terrace with a view on the Tatra Mountains. There are even some games to use and sports equipment of various types to hire. Last but not least - lovely hosts, very helpful and nice. We had a great time.

This place was brilliant. The hosts were great, so kind and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The location is a superb short walk to the forest. Lovely village. I will always remember my stay here!!!!

The hosts were amazing, Filip gave us all the recommendations for trips and offered his grill one night for a BBQ. Location is awesome, prices were very cheap and the rooms were generally nice.

Rooms were simple, spacious, nice view. Hosts were like friends to us. Super helpful, were genuinely interested in us having good time. Good breakfast, perfect dinner. Very friendly for pets.

Fantastic owners, nice an willing to help with everything. Parking place inside the possession. High quality wifi. Great suppers made by the owner ,I haven't eat this great goulash with knedliki in years! Beds for small baby's available on demand.

This is a very comfortable apartment, well equipped and clean. The hotel is situated near two ski resorts, 5 minutes to Opalisko and 15 minutes to Jasna.

this is not really accommodation we usually know and visit, do not expect sterile environment with rules and “services” so you can feel safe and “good value for your money”. it is more like visiting friends or family. Very friendly, you feel freedom but you do not want to abuse it. nobody is watching you or telling what you should or not should do. you feel as at home that you want to keep nice a trustful ….

Even if there was something that didn't quite meet my expectations, the overall experience was so fantastic that it overshadowed any minor issues. I cannot tell anything bad about this stay.
Pekna Vyhlidka is a wonderful place to stay. One of the main advantages of this place is host Filip himself, who goes above and beyond to ensure that his guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His genuine care for his guests is palpable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like a welcomed guest rather than just a client. He takes the time to get to know his guests and shares his own stories. He is also happy to help whenever you need - you do not even have to ask, If he thinks you may need something the will ask you if you need help. Also a breakfast is a highlight of a stay - nothing will warm your heart more than crispy on the outside and moist on the inside handmade croissant in the morning. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Filip's pension for a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable experience.

Owners were very nice, welcoming and helpfull. Good, home made food for breakfast and dinner and also local beer and wine. Room was clean, provided with beddings and towels. Situated in small, quite village with an adorable view to High Tatras.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They respond to every request immediately, no problem in insoluble for them :) Upon request, they make very tasty dinners, it's worth trying them!
