Nice, family friendly hotel. Well situated in nature but not far from the town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and food in the cafe were excellent.

Hotel is a nice property next to one of the entrances to the park. The staff is lovely. Rhe rooms have a nice view and is super quiet.

Perfect location for Slovak Paradise National Park. You are just in. They have a very rich breakfast. Views into nature. The large bathroom is also good.

The restaurant in the hotel was closed (maybe due to low season), but we find solution - we used restaurant in another hotel to have our evening meal. My advice concerning chargers: take your own extension cord with enough of sockets to have greater flexibility to charge tablet, mobiles.

Location was excellent: quiet with the nice view of mountains.

A hair dryer and kettle in the room would have been good, though not a deal breaker.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location. It's also walking distance to Slovak Paradise. Although it's a little dated, there is a charm about it. Breakfast was basic but it was good enough as it was included in the price (which I believe was a pretty good value).

right after booking I specifically asked for a double bed (as the option in the reservation stood) and the staff couldn't help with that. They where kind tho, and we loved everything else - food, service, place, people there. Recommend it! :)

Very basic and outdated, dirty carpet, smelly toilet and a blocked shower. There was no hair dryer. Wouldn’t say it met the expectations of a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was ok, staff was nice even if they didn’t speak English. The location has beautiful surroundings.

The hotel isn't the brand new hotel and it would require some refurbishing here and there. There was a noise from other rooms.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception was open 24/7 and the receptionist was very nice person always ready to help. Hotel also made sure it's warm inside because heating was already turned on which we appreciated after long hiking during the day. The breakfast was also tasty and a car park was spacious as well.

A few tiny little things could have added to the positive experience- first of all, the beds - they were a bit too hard to give me a good night's sleep. Also, I missed a double bed. Another thing that needs reviewing is the curtains.

The location, the view, and the atmosphere were just the job for a snug holiday. The snow-capped Tatras and the greenery of Slovak Paradise National Park created an ideal background to our morning coffee or an end-of-the-day glass of dry red. The staff were great - they got out of their way to make our stay better- Thank you for the delicious garlic soup served to us in the front garden. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and rich enough to keep you hiking for a few hours in the National Park.

There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the connection was poor. The only place where the connection was available was in the mountains, and Wi-Fi was only accessible at the restaurant. While not critical, there was no tea or hairdryer provided in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's a quiet place for a short vacation in the forest. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was helpful. Even they do not speak good in English it's possible to understand and find a common language :) They provided maps and water for me. Free parking was available as well. The breakfast had a limited variety, but it was good.

The coffee could have been better.

Excellent location with beautiful view. Kind and helpful staff. I wanted to buy a beer one evening after a long day of hiking but it was late and the bar was closed. However, one of the staff members just brought me one and also a glass of wine to my wife, all free. We also got lots of guidance about hiking trails etc.

Staff didn’t inform us that they have a wedding scheduled on the dates of our stay. The wedding with a very loud music continued till 3:45 in the morning effectively ruining our night rest
