Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the price was a bit too high for such hotel considered it´s 2025 and you pay the same price in the heart of vienna too. and for 4 stars the food could be tastier with more variety.

The ventilation or air conditioning was very loud at night, but with a bit of electrical knowledge we managed to quiet it down.
Nice saunas, clean, good breakfast. The parking wasn’t cheap, but it is right above the hotel. The receptionist was very kind and spoke good English. The hotel is calm and quiet. No children detected.

I think the breakfast could have a better selection but I got there late so it was my problem
I love the location it’s just a short walk to the main Promenade so it’s not too busy and loud lovely place

We were on the highest floor, there was some noise coming from the roof. Air conditioning or something.
Good looking hotel. Clean and well equiped room and wellness. Very good restaurant.

Some staff members in the spa could improve their attitude towards guests.

Opening hours of wellness area until 2300h would be better.
Restaurant is very good. appreciated the complimentary salad bar. Wellness facilities are excellent, including pool. Very good for relaxing after working day.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, willing to go above and beyond. We loved the pool and saunas and would definitely recommend the place to our friends and family. My daughter enjoyed every single second spent at the hotel. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience combined with great food and amazing breakfast buffet selection.

Pool is opened only from 9am which is too late. Saunas were available only after 2pm. The huge minus was that we were provided with one towel for wellness which we were supposed to use during entire stay. If you needed a new one you would be charged for it.
Room was a very good size, breakfast buffet had many options, staff was nice.

Some information about Sauna was missing from the reception when you check in. But, it is nothing to be worried about.
Sauna and Spa is exceptional. Also, the overall look and the cleanliness of the whole hotel catches your eye and makes you comfortable. The staff is really good and are helping you at all times.

AC did not operate although +30C outside, found out I had to request to switch on, very strange. Low variety of meals for breakfast, same every day. Unfriendly pricing towards little children under 7 years old, charge 35€ per day.
Location, quite spacious rooms. Restaurant food is fine.

I think nothing just when you want use sauna for first time is free but for second time and more you must pay 2 euro

Michael in the restaurant is a liability speaking down to hard working young staff and doing so in full view of guests. We booked and pays ahead for 2 rooms, but didn’t need the 2nd on check-in due to my wife’s illness on the day. Rules were not bent, nor any understanding or refund. But I was expected to pay for reserved parking which I declined
Overnight front desk staff of Peter and Karin, simply the best. Tadeas in breakfast service team, outstanding and everything you’d be excited about of his emerging Slovakia generation. Great location, and a bonus really to have use of the hotel swimming pool included in room rate
