Spa, the view, the staff and the breakfast

Unfortunately, there are quite a few things that need improvement... The hotel has clearly lost its modern touch. We really missed cleanliness on the balconies, and I can't understand why there’s no outdoor furniture there... (they seemed to be shown in the photos). The quality and variety of breakfast options are very limited. Perhaps the most surprising thing was the rule to check out so early. We haven’t seen such an early time in a long while. That said, the front desk easily agreed to a slightly later check-out (by about an hour), though that might have been only because the hotel was practically empty...

This place could definitely charge millions just for the view from the windows :) (though mainly just for that :) ). The rooms are spacious and tidy. The staff does their best to remain polite... A great spot for those seeking peace and quiet. The dinner we had at the restaurant was truly excellent – the food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the service was attentive.

The decor in spa area, although very clean is a little tired and dated. The rooms could also do with a refresh of the decor. The gaming area downstairs (bowling alley, gym, pool table, squash court) needs a little updating also.

Very spacious room and balcony. Exceptional view from the room, restaurant and swimming pool. Ample parking. Stunning location, we encountered lots of deer on the grounds. A short drive to Morskie Oko hiking trail and around 30mins drive to Zakopane.

the water in the shower in the room was barely warm. The water pressure in the shower depends on the time of day, so you need to ‘catch the time’ to take a shower.

Unfortunately shower was broken. Also trash bin. Not many people from staff speak English. Minifridge was empty and water wasn’t filled for us. However the hotel view are spectacular! I would come back there.

I will not revisit unless they repair the elevator, 5 th floor room with stairs was not good for our feet.

One lamp in the room did not work, and limited TV programs were available. Only 4 programs out of 30 worked.

The hotel is old and dilapidated and doesn't deserve two stars. The receptionist is bad and doesn't know her job Cleaners are bad. Towels are neither replaced nor room cleaned. Breakfast buffet is not varied

Old style building, warned out, need upgrade and renovation, have a lot of unused potential. Could have much more interesting to offer. Dinner and breafast ok, but could be better

Generally the hotel must have been a luxury place about 40 years ago but I felt the time has just stopped in that era.. The lobby and the reastaurant area is nice but the rest of the whole building needs a strong renewing.

The breakfast was really good and the restaurant is nice. The view to the mountains is goergous. The serving was very good.

Unfortunately without AC this hotel is too warm and the beds are really old and squeaky (we had 2 rooms with 4 beds and all were the same). It's difficult to sleep well.

The location and views are amazing. The staff were nice and food was quite good. The views of the mountains are excellent. Pool and spa were good fun.

The fact that saunas and some other facilities in the Spa weren’t working and obviously haven’t been for a long time; the lack of pillow and mattress protectors; the lack of training/languages for some of the very young but friendly staff.

The location, with an amazing view of the mountains; the friendly staff; the Games Area; the Wellness Spa; I liked the 80’s decor and feeling of past times, although some might not! My son and his family had a suite with an enormous balcony - this was quite expensive but worth it!
