It's not that I didn't like... but it just might be easier in the future if the allergens were displayed...( like contains milk, wheat, nuts ..etc) I have daughter with lactose intolerance and I had to check most of the breakfast items with staff ( they were extremely helpful and lovely about it ), whether it contained the milk. Just a thought...not criticism 😍

I loved everything, especially when we were able to use the washing machine. Staff were polite and helpful all the time. Breakfast was tasteful and wide range. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. Rooms were clean and spacious and surprisingly quiet 🤫. Room service/cleaning ladies were very nice too.

There was dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, but nowhere to locate the sponge so I could not wash the mugs I used properly.

Very good hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. The location is very good, only 10 minutes away by foot from the old town but a bit far from the bus stations connecting Bratislava to the international airports (in our case Vienna). It took us 20 minutes to reach the location. The flats are very good, new, well furnished (with a washing machine) but the highlight is the breakfast with a good variety of food proposed (cooked and raw vegetables, meat, diary products, baked goods and fruits). We woud definitely recommend this hotel for families but also for people traveling alone. We will definitely come back there if we end up being in Brastislav again.

Breakfast – jams, Nutella, and butter shall NOT be served in single-use packages, in order to avoid unnecessary waste. There are hygienic and environmentally friendly ways to serve these foods. Luggage room - for the safety reasons, the tags should be provided and the hotel staff should monitor the luggage room.

I’d suggest mounting the shower head on the wall so it’s not awkward to take a shower. The sofa could also use a clean.
