I have known the hotel for years and have slept there several times. This time, however, I was really very satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised by the young, but very helpful and friendly staff. Finally, one had the feeling that the quality of the staff is similar to foreign hotels. A smile and kind words are very important for overall well-being. The breakfast was delicious, there was plenty to choose from. The location is perfect, so I wish the hotel many good guests.

A beautiful stay near mountains. Clean. Very comfortable beds. Kids friendly. Place had weddings one of the nights we stayed, but it wasn’t too loud.

There area, where the hotel is located is not pedestrian friendly - you have to use the car/bus (if available) to get everywhere. The wellness area was nice and clean, but was on the smaller side.

Wery nice and friendly staff. Food in the restaurant was great and tasty. Hotel was clean. Ski and slide opportunities were reachable in a short car distance. The views on the surrounding nature were excellent. We needed to leave a day earlier than planned and booked for and the receptionist was very kind and understanding.

The restaurant staff ignored us when we came for dinner. It was Friday 7:30 and the hotel overview information said that it is possible to order up until 8. First, we sat behind a table like in any restaurant but the waitresses only looked at us from a bar and laughed. After 5 minutes I got up and ask about the food. They told me that the cook left and I can only eat what is prepared (buffet for 14 euros). After a complaint about a different information they asked a kitchen and I got (a very tasty) soup.

Beautiful nature, building is nicely renovated. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The saunas and whirlpool are great, I enjoyed the breakfast and any meal I had.

The bathroom seemed a little dated and could use a renovation but on the other hand it was perfectly clean. The lighting at the pool was very harsh and I would much prefer a more ambient setup there.

Wonderful stay! The staff was very accommodating, especially id like to praise the lady at the reception and gentleman working as a waiter in the restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and food was excellent. I appreciate the ambience of the hotel and very well kept surroundings.

The only suggestion is to change or add more pillows. I needed to ask for an extra one, the hotel provided without problem.

The hotel complex is on a quite location, next to the ski resort. The hotel decor is nice and modern, we visited during Christmas and the hotel was really charming. The rooms are spacious and clean. The TV has connection to Netflix. The hotel offers breakfast or half-board. I recommend taking the half- board as the options for both breakfast and dinner are really good. Fresh pastry, hot dishes for breakfast and a huge variety of typically slovak food for dinner. The Spa is free of charge for hotel guests, we visited between 17.30 and 19.00 when it was totally empty (as its the Slovak dinner time).

The bar closed before 22:00, early checkout, the WiFi didn’t work properly and we couldn’t reach network for data either, no sheets for the spa, the toilet didn’t flush well, the staff were polite but had to wait a bit long to get noticed by them at the restaurant. The walls were thin, could hear conversations next door. No shampoo, lotion or tissues in the room. Minibar was empty and switched off. There was a lot of foam in the jacuzzi and our eyes started itching after a few minutes in there.

Nice environment, the place was beautiful and clean, in the mountains, close to Dedovka ski resort.

Very small wellness - outside of season it is enough, but during the winter or summer no chance. Outside of winter you need a bike or car for making a trips since close to hotel is nothing. Real problem are rooms and walls between the rooms and cleanliness - blankets (sheets) had eyelash on the top and were not ironed; toilet's cleanliness was very poor, toilet bowl was dirty; I could hear everything what people in next room were saying with their TV program as well and it was not loud.

Very nice hotel, helpful and friendly stuff. Excellent food.
