How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Our room was ok , but others had toilet not at room but at the same floor next to their roon

Nothing was fine for a weekends skiing
Hotel location is great , a short (but uphill) walk to the slopes and straight on for your days skiing, rooms were clean and ample for a nights sleep, dated but absolutely fine. Breakfast was ok for a bite to start the day. Choices of cakes, yoghurts, sausages etc , popular little hotel bar by the reception

Bathroom is a bit outdated, no fridge in the room
Nice hotel in a picturesque location, room is quite basic, but sufficient. Very warm in the room. Very good breakfast. Nice and friendly staff.

The hotel itself is askimg for renovation. Rooms and bathrooms a but of “facelift”. However beds are good, what is the most postive.
The hotel is a lower quality, but it offers all you need. And it compensate the qualit with extras in higher value as the toom costs. So perfect deal.

What a place! It felt like I was in a movie from a communist era which was quite fun, like I was reliving my childhood. The accommodation hasn't been touch for a very long time but there were plenty of amenities for families and children, climbing wall, ping pong table, play room, a lot of board games. It was lovely to see families spending quality time together. We got some 'freebies' with the stay that gave us benefits higher than the cost of the accommodation. I would like to give a shout out to Feranec Bohus, a reception member of staff, who was amazing. He was super helpful, explaining how Go Pass scheme works, information about the cable cars and the area etc.

The bathroom had plenty of hair on the floor. So it wasn’t cleaned after previous guest. It was removed fast when I reported it but I have no idea wheather the rest of the bathroom had been cleaned. Together with the smell of poor ventilated room we used the bathroom as little as we could. The tv had no power cable so it didn’t work. I didn’t know the bathroom was a separate room to our bedroom. This wasn’t very convenient.
Perfect location. Nice and helpful staff. Simple but tasty breakfast.

The location of the hotel is close to the slope. Convenient parking is available. The food is quite good.

Very good place for ski trip, close to slopes and what most important hotel has a ski spirit mood. People gathers in the bar after skiing and you fill that most of them came to get most out of the mountains :). Rooms are rather from the old times but are equipped in all you need. Breakfasts are rather poor, coffee only instant :(

If you dont expect Grand Hotel you will be ok.
This property is great mostly for young people loving winter sports and party ;-) Also with kids if you love winter sport and party ;-) There is nice kids corner. It is quite common during weekends to hear music and singing from other rooms ;-) We like music and our kid(1,5year) sleeps well so we were fine.The stuff is very welcome and warm. We go there for this special spirit ;-) The breakfests are good. PS: Not sure about the summer.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The room we received was significantly smaller than described and bore no resemblance to the photos. The decor was extremely outdated, as if it hadn’t been touched since the 1970s. The beds were very small and uncomfortable. The bathroom facilities were not attached to the room, and both the toilets and the shower were cramped and poorly maintained. The shower in particular felt more like something you'd find in an army barracks. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

The food for half-board was not impressive. It felt like being on a school camp. basically the same food every day / every meal and not very good quality. Beds were uncomfortable, with very poor quality bedding. everything was extremely basic.
Location was good, staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not well maintained - you can see it from the outside. Our room had private bathroom, but to access it you have to go out of your room. Bathroom had one lightbulb not working and toilet paper that you couldn’t take out.
It is in amazing place.
