Very limited breakfast, only one small coffee free, breakfast not good for kids. Limited very early window for breakfast (like 1 hour). No tv, air con in the room.

Great location near the lake. Also great view from the balcony to the lake. The room was spacious, two floors. We spend great time with family. Breakfast not bad, could be more choise. Also have restorant so possible to have a dinner there, price per persone 10 - 15 eu.

The stairs were a bit creaky and the handrail wasn't very tight.

It was nice and comfortable hotel quite close to beach. Comfortable bed and nice balcony. Supportive stuff.

Very hot in the room - needed to keep my windows open. Otherwise everything was good.

We ordered wine, and the lady asked 1 or 2 . Even though we gestured with 1 with finger to indicate one, she poured a double amount, and we were charged for it.

There are a lot of bad reviews about this hotel and I am not sure why. Its a clean place, breakfasts are great and they are self service, and people working there are amazing. You get 1 h free SPA which is sauna and jacuzzi. The Ski bus stop is about 50 meters away from the hotel. The family room has got bedroom upstairs and there is a lake view from your balcony. The food in the restaurant is super good with very reasonable prices.

Beautiful location, close to attractions. Staff very friendly and accomodation modern, clean, very good value for money. Perferct for Tatralandia Aquapark and cycle and tourists routes. Beautiful views from the property.

Located near the main road. A lot of noise. Management didn't update the hotels address on google maps. We were searching for the hotel for 40 minutes. Only apple maps works. Even the cześć name of the hotrl is not updated. We booked this hotel only because of sauna access, but during check in thr receptionist told us that sauna season is over. It was the 7th of September. Management left only one person of staff for the friday evening. The guy was checking in guests,serving drinks and preparing breackfast. It was the most poor hotel breakfast on my memory. Sausages were in the foil. Bathroom was a disaster. Aparat from leaking taps and torned out from the wall towel holders there were no curtain. So everyone has two options while taking shower. Either you make a lake around thr tub while washing or you do it on your knees.

Good location. Great view from every Window in the suite.

Very 90s feeling, needs renovation

Hotel is on busy street, you need to walk to the lake without any pavement. Very noisy. Hard to find the address since gooogle maps do not show it.

All the furniture were really old and shabby. It was even scary to walk up and down the stairs as the railing was unstable. Floors creaked, not all the lights worked. Breakfast was really poor and only available for an hour. To sum up, our stay definettely was not worth the price we paid.

Guy in reception was very nice. The location was good, pretty close to the lake.

Room very expensive for tired fixtures and fittings. TV only has 6 channels. Location on the main road and lots of traffic noise. Food poor and burger cold and almost raw! I don't recommend and advise you pay more to stay somewhere else!

Staff barely speaks english. There is no english menu. There was no lid on the toilet and it was all splashed. The toilet paper holder also does not open and does not work. Overall it did not feel too clean.

There is a restaurant, where you can eat dinner. Food is ok.

cheapest Makto coffe amnd toilet paper. Wellness was closed, beer without gas and food microwaved, very poor breakfast
