Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely little hotel in the countryside. Very friendly staff, though they didn’t speak much english. We managed to get everything due to their client friendly attitude.

SlovakiaThe restaurant was closed and it was very hard to come across food once we arrived. We had some troubles checking in but there was no staff at the facility so it took a bit to figure out, but the lady on the phone was helpful.
The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. There is a small common room area which is very nice. The accommodation is right at the heart of the village.

SlovakiaAt the moment the place is going through some changes so the restaurant was closed, which is really sad because together with bar it must be a great place to have breakfast and some drinks in the evening. However we were offered alternatives for breakfast that was quite ok.
Kastiel Cicmany is a really nice place to stay while visiting this tiny special village. The rooms were clean, check in and check out process was really easy, contact person was very responsive and happy to help if anything was missing.

Czech RepublicThe hotel or should I call it a pension looked to be on a Skelton crew and felt there wasn't much oversight to the place itself especially during non-peak.times. i.e. it didn't feel as secure as one would think..the breakfast was "okay". The coffee tasted a bit like instant coffee in a pot. The food selection was standard..nothing stood out but I would.say decent value for money!
A lovely village and a great place to have a lunch or dinner. Food was enjoyable. Staff were pleasant.

PortugalThe toilet was not totally cleaned... I arrived at my WC and saw a dirty toillet. The breakfast is poor and laddies in staff do not like to work much... Not a pleasant stay unfortunatly. In the end, I have to pay in cash and nobody send me my receipt.
