The equipment was old and in the best condition. The fridge was a little stinky. The shower area was not cleaned (forgotten underwear left in the area for days). The water was not always warm in the shower.

Staff told us on the first day that they accepted cash only for our stay. When I told them this was not a valid Booking.com policy, they reluctantly started arranging for a card reader, but the device didn’t accept any of our cards. At the end, we were able to pay by card at the hotel reception, but the lady was visibly mad at us and also told something about how expensive the card fees were for them. Also, in spite of their policy for quiet time after 22.00, there was a disco for some youth camp until 23.00, which made it impossible for us (with 3 small children) to sleep. The bathroom and the kitchen were in desperate need of renovation, almost all taps leaked and there was barely any hot water. Toilet paper also ran out every night.

The property is at an exceptionally beautiful location with a great view of the mountains.

Stunning view to mountains- so if you would like to stay at perfect location- this is it! Staying here reminds of childhood school camp- little bit outdated but everything works fine, its equiped and has everything you need.

Generally everything was fine. We were in tents, so we made our own comfort. The bathrooms were okay, but needed updating. The only downside is that you have to watch out for thieves :)

Great location for hiking, even for those who have got no car - there is a bus stop opposite the entrance. Gorgeous view! Clean spot, a lot of space. Decent kitchen and showers. Amazing for this price

Great stay! We were the tourists using public transportation for everything, so it's really important that there is a bus station just outside that takes you to the city. Facilities are also good, with enough cooking stoves and fridges for everyone. The showers had hot water.

when we arrived there was nobody at the reception area, we had to wait around 20 minutes for anybody to show up even after ringing the bell and calling them a number of times

Flexible check-in. We arrived late in the evening, put up our tent and went to sleep, then sorted out the check-in and payment in the morning.

The facilities need some serious attention. There was only one washing-up sink. Finding a working hook-up socket was a challenge and the protective covers lock at 90 degrees so fitting an adapter is tricky/impossible - make sure you have a two-pin plug

It's not a camping but the backyard of a hotel. There are no specific installations for campers, who nonetheless are allowed to use some services of the hotel. The shower (ONE shower) for example is that of the hotel's gym. You better lock the entire gym behind you because the shower's door is transparent. And so on, you see. The point here is that it would be ok for me to camp behind your hotel... for a lower price. Paying just a bit more, you can go to Rijo Camping nearby, and that IS a camping.
