The staff needs to improve their English. At dinner, the waiter did not speak or understand English and unfortunately my son did not receive his dinner and went to bed hungry. We received an apology that did not help much.

A beautiful, high-quality hotel in the center of a golf course with a good spa, 3 jacuzzis, 2 saunas, a heated pool and a frozen water pool, just 10 minutes from the nearest town and a 50-minute drive from the city of Poprad, and a half-hour drive to the sites of the High Tatras and the Slovak Paradise.

Everything was OK.

Everything was great. It is located in a quiet place, not crowded, the room was also excellent. Order and cleanliness everywhere. The wellness area was especially good, finally a swimming pool, which was a pleasant temperature. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, the staff is correct and exemplary. We felt very good.

Pillows, it’s either very big pillow or very small… but neither are comfortable enough to sleep without breaking your neck

It seemed the staff are not totally prepred for foreign customers. Some information in wellness are not writen in english, only slovakian.

Lovely golf resort with stunning panoramic views of High Tatras. We came to play golf family of 4 which we really enjoyed. All staff were amazing and attentive all the time. We enjoyed the the wellness area, too. We are gonna be back definitely next year. Thank you all for enjoyable break.

Very comfortable stay, excellent service, especially I liked the smoking room and how the staff were friendly and kind! I really like there was shisha available. The wellness center was very pretty - the outside pool and saunas were great. View from the restaurant - speechless! Very tasty food and comfortable room. Location is fine, easy to hitch hike from ;)

Breakfast could be better quality, especially coffee, which is made from powder . In the bar they have a proper coffee machine, but that coffee is not included in the price of breakfast

The hotel as a whole needs a bit of renovation, the rooms especially were a bit dated in decor. Wellness should be a quiet zone, since its not that big the sound travels and loud conversations or playing with children makes it really hard to relax. It's really a shame that being so nearby ski lifts the hotel does not provide ski bus or any type of transportation at all.

The room was spacious and bright, nice bathroom. We enjoyed breakfast buffet, filled with various different options. Generally food and drinks were really nice. I liked the outdoor hot pool and the wellness zone. The location provides magnificent views.

The facilities of sauna open after 16:00 what is a little late. The shower head is installed in the middle of height of bath tube, it is quite difficult to wash head and shoulders.

Location is very good. The view for the mountains is amazing. The area is quite quiet. The facilities of sauna are very nice.
