We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineHotel has all you need to send a night, also location is good, but the building/interier is totally outdated and looks a bit wired. At first it disappoints but all-in-all it has all needful. In the morning I was completely ok with the stay.
Stayed 1 night. Reception open till 23-00 in case you arrive later (was my case). Helpful staff, clean, quite, free parking in front, breakfast, has all needful.

SlovakiaThe building & equipment is too old for the price. Reconstruction could put it back to 3 stars, especially the shower. Heating, water and ventilation in the bathroom is quite loud.
Location in the center, near restaurants, shops and the park. Nice and clean place to stay. Very good breakfast, the cook is very friendly and willing to provide anything you want. A fridge in the room.

Both beds were quite wobbly, so every change of sleeping position felt like being on a children's swing. The faucet aerator was missing, so water was spraying in all directions. However, not to complain about unimportant details, overall this is a decent hotel in a town which probably does not count as a major tourist hub...
A very nice and clean hotel in a city-central location, a decent breakfast, free parking in front of the building, free and functioning WiFi, very kind staff. We stayed in a small, cosy room and we were, in essence, very satisfied with the facility. Had all we needed for our two nights at the hotel. Will return.
