The mould in the shower and the size of the shower cubicle. The trash left by previous guests under the bed and cleaning staff left there our whole stay. The fact that one of the staff decided to clean the swimming pool during breakfast and there was no running water in the hotel due to it.

Nothing major to mention here. Maybe there could be a bigger sink in the bathroom. Two times per our stay there were no water in shower for 5-10 minutes. Soundproof could be better (it will depend on your neighbours mostly), but the place provides earplugs by default which was nice (did not use them). The door to the bathroom could be without glass (the light from there can bother your sleep) and with the lock in a family room. Ordering hot dishes/coffee for breakfast (along with the buffet breakfast) sometimes is unpredictable - you can come early but served last (or not even asked about hot dishes or coffee at all), it is upset when you wake up entire family with kids for slope openning - this depended on a shift for us, happened in the middle of our stay for 2 days only.

Walking distance to the slopes even for kids. Warm rooms (we had to lower radiators power for ourselves), very cosy wooden cottage. Ski storage where you can enter from both inside the hotel and outside (boots were always dried till the next day). There is a pool, sauna and jacuzzi to relax muscles after skiing (additional pay per visit). Parking is free and seems to be not big, but I always could find a space to park. Nice breakfasts and kitchen. Good staff.

- Unfortunately, we had a view of a building site from our bedroom. A real shame when the view on the other side of the property is so beautiful - I found the bed incredibly hard and uncomfortable, meaning I did not sleep well - The room was very hot at night due to lack of air conditioning/ fan

Breakfast was great running from 0800 to 1000 however if you arrived after 0900 then most was gone and they do not replace it, if you want a later breakfast you will have slim pickings.

The bar is totally overpriced: glass of vine ( simple white) costs €24 and a beer €8 - double price as anywhere else. Quite dark building, need to turn on the lights in daytime. Bed had overused mattress, the shower was quite warn out. The room service was far from complete: 1 tee per person ( no Nescafé or herbal tea, milk or just another filter) no clean cups provided. Small things...

Excellent location, interesting building. Has a small "wellness" which was good after a day hike. Good breakfasts.

The smell in the corridor was not always good. Also the furniture s and the rugs are a bit outdated.

The Location is great, it is 5 minute- walking distance from the lifts that takes you up to the too of the mountain. We liked the the suit we stayed in. It was spacious and with two balconies. Wellness area was clean and enough space for 4-5 people. Breakfast was good, they even make omlette and frankfurter fresh every morning if you want to.

- nothing really Just for info. We cannot say how would be the stay if the accomodation was full (noise etc.), but it is really wodden house, so there are positives and negatives to this type of accomadation.

Accomodation was as we expected for our stay. Room was large, there was enough space for all our stuff, but maybe some drawers would be nice for clothes. Breakfast was also nice. Long story short, we enjoyed our stay and the fact that is is close to cable car is just another plus.

The extremely overpriced coffee they served was the worst coffee I have tasted EVER. Sorry, it is true and you should avoid that burnt pile of coal.

Overall, it was a nice experience with cozy accommodation, nice staff and good location. A bit pricy, but during the holiday season it was understandable.

The fridge would come on very loud at night and the room temperature was too hot, not possible to adjust.

We have very much liked the location and style of the hotel. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony. The well ness centre was also great. Loved having designated parking space and table for breakfast and dinner.

This hotel is awesome – right across from the ski lift, super cozy, warm, and comfy. They've got parking, and the breakfasts and dinners are not only tasty but also filling. The sauna is small, but it's got everything you need. The girls there are super friendly, always ready to guide, help, and give advice. Huge shoutout to Simona for making our stay so comfortable. I'm definitely hoping to come back❤️

I think the mattress were worn a little bit in our bed.

We really liked the staff they were kind and helpful. The interior design of the house is awesome especially at the bar/dining hall. The location is also perfect. The nature is really close. The breakfast and the dinner were delicious and fresh.

It's important to note that the hotel is far from the bus station (close to the cable car) and because there aren't many taxis around, you should rent a car. The bed wasn't comfortable

We arrived for four days. The hotel employees are dedicated, took care of us personally, and made sure we didn't miss anything. They responded to every of our request. The hotel has a relaxing pool and spa.
