- I payed a bit more to get a bottom capsule and when I arrived they told me that I have an upper capsule. After a few minutes of a nice and friendly conversation I got a bottom one. So everything got solved but this conversation should not have happend to begin with. - not a social hostel. It‘s a place where you just sleep

Unfortunately they are on the second floor of the building and the elevator is out of service, so you have to carry all your weight up the stairs by hand. As a recommendation, send this information to the guests before their arrival. Likewise, devote a little more effort to the cleanliness of the bathrooms and tidiness in the shared rooms. A round of review and reminder of the rules would not be bad. Finally, improve the breakfast a little, the cold boiled eggs are not very appetizing to say the least. Thank you

The dorm room gets a little stuffy at night! No elevator but it's not a huge deal. Might be tough to manage the stairs if you're disabled or in pain.

Comfy beds, bar on site that still serves lots of non alcoholic drinks, the girls working here are absolutely lovely. Alice (blonde girl with glasses) is a gem :) Same with the girl behind the desk who was there in the morning of the 2nd September, she was lovely too. Location is perfect. I couldn't ask for a better location. Good vibe!

Climbing up and down from the upper capsules wasn’t very comfortable. Since you share the room with others, you may hear noises (stairs, phone calls, etc.). At night, shouting from the main street can be heard. The tram noise can also be disturbing, especially for light sleepers.

Great location, ideal for exploring the city center. Easy access from the airport; there’s a tram line right in front of the hostel. Clean and well-organized hostel. Helpful and friendly reception staff. The room was generally quiet. Overall, a place where you can stay with peace of mind.

Ok it is hostel so you can hear more, yet maybe putting signs on doors for people to keep their voice low would be nice. Hostel does not have to mean noisy any time. Some people were inconsiderate and talking loud in corridor any time of day and night. Entrance door from the street is too loud when being closed. From 3rd floor you could hear the door slammed. So it should be fixed? Noise from the street you cannot do much about it and not all rooms are facing the street. The kind of "curtain" easily knocks on each side and it is quiet noisy, so maybe to add something to reduce the noise?

Staff very helpful, showing me the capsule as not sure being claustro if it would be ok. It was. Easy to check-in. Overall clean. Easy to reach out from both train station. Not that far from shopping mall, if you dont mind to walk. Locker inside to be used with your card, very safe. Light and plug near the bed. Enough storage capacity. Towel was provided, washing liquid in shower cabine too. Can lock the shower cabine. Light in the capsule is very bright. Was lucky others in the room were quiet people. Lights of the room work with detection so good, no one has to switch on or off.

Great location near Old Town with great public transportation links to bus/train stations and is on a tram line. Lovely little capsules, gave a little more privacy than standard hostel, and was very comfortable/clean/modern. Helpful staff, luggage storage and a lift was good too.

Cleanliness! My bed sheets had hairs on them when I arrived and a few stains . I hope the beds were changed prior to my arrival because when I went to the reception to ask about a towel , she told me the towel was in my locker . It wasn’t so I then wondered were my bed sheets even changed because if the cleaning lady cleaned my bed prior to my arrival , surely she would have put a towel in locker? There was also dust on the shelves of my capsule so the shelves had not been cleaned for sometime. The pillow cover and duvet were well worn. They were no longer white.

Staff seemed nice . Location was good with nice restaurants and coffee shops on the same street as the hostel .

The location was perfect near the centre area. The place was clean and Breakfast was good. I would ask to add few more fresh cut fruits, Fruit Jam for bread.

The idea of such a place is exceptional and well done professional, clean, amazing staff friendly and professional, punctual in everything, helpful Love the location comfortable beds, safe to leave your items, cabinets inside the pods have key card locks, all dorm rooms and main entrance work on the same card. The shower could have more handels to hang your things.

I likee privacy and space to store things inside the capsule. Check in and check oit were quick amd easy amd the location is great.
