Beautiful little apartment close to the castle and the Old Town. Easy to access with clear instructions provided by the Ambiente Apartments team, who even checked in via WhatsApp to make sure everything was good. Nearby supermarket and takeaways too, and around a 20 minute stroll up to the castle for great views over the city and the Danube.

I never received the check-in instructions via email. Regardless, Vedran was incredibly helpful and was always available. I called and he was able to walk me through check in over the phone and was very apologetic that I didn’t receive the email. He handled a minor inconvenience with professionalism.

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was also nice to have the ability to do laundry on our trip.

Not easy to get to the apt if one did not pay attention to the instructions. The street can be a bit noisy at night. They kept 100€ deposite.

Very close and easy to walk to the city centre. Clean bright modern 1-bedroom apt with 2 big closets, a lot of shelves, 2 big whole-body mirrors, all amenities, a coffee machine. 2 door-windows to the street. A portable AC for warm weathers. Nice big sofa and big TV connected to YouTube/Netflix. They give tea bags, coffee capsules, and even laundry powder.

We initially had issues with the air conditioning and fridge. We messaged the staff but got no response. It was very hot so we had to sleep with the window open which let in the noise from the dance club next door. The air conditioning came good so it was ok for the next two nights.

Location was just outside the old town, so easy access to public transport but a quick walk to tourist district. Washing machine and clothes rack were well used. Thai massage next door was outstanding.

Comfy bed, AC, comfy sofa, apartment has everything needed for even a longer stay, bonus points for the dishwasher, nice interior and good AC. Bathroom is beautiful with a big showerhead and cabin. Very nice and I would definitely stay here again. Finding is easy by following the instructions you get in the mail, but maybe not so obvious because there isn’t a clear sign on the entrance door, but if you go into the passage where the dance club is you will find the keyboxes. Lovely place with a balcony. Location is also great and everything is reachable by foot! Great communication with the agents as well, super kind, professional and reliable. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The keys were not available on arrival, which after a long journey was a bit disturbing, but actually a representative of the company was quickly on hand and sorted our problem out. I was given the impression that all apartments would be the same, they were quite different.

The apartments were very close to amenities and were very clean, we had three in total and all were different. Air conditioning in some rooms and kitchen and bathroom facilities were very good. There was no noise and security of the building was very good.

On the platform of Booking.com when I reserved the place was stating that the property offers a free airport taxi. I asked several times about it but finally I have been told that they don't offer a taxi and they didn't know about this offer. They told me to contact Booking.com

Everything was perfect, from the detailed instructions to the welcoming apartment. The latter was so clean and it had a very comfortable bed. I will definitely book it again if I ever go back to Bratislava. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect, the view was on the presidential palace, near public transportation and a lot of touristic sites.

It was perfect. I would have just hoped to have some small amenities like shower gel and shampoo.

The ceiling light on living room is on very low height and it is very dangerous. Even one person with height 1,70 cm can hit by fault, once you get up from sofa.

That said, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. Parking is available, but it comes at a cost of €25 per night, which might catch some guests off guard if they’re not expecting the extra expense. It’s not outrageous, but it’s something to factor into your budget if you’re traveling by car. The key situation was also a bit of a hassle—figuring out where to pick up the key and where to return it was unnecessarily complicated, especially since you have to drop it off at a different location than where you get it. Clearer instructions or a simpler process would have made this a lot less confusing. The biggest issue, though, was the noise. It was absolutely insane—you could hear everything from the street even with the windows closed. Traffic, people, whatever was going on outside, it all filtered right into the room. If you’re a light sleeper or hoping for some peace and quiet, this could be a dealbreaker. It really detracted from the overall experience.

I recently stayed at this apartment hotel, and one of the standout positives is its excellent location. It’s perfectly situated, making it super convenient to explore the area, whether you’re walking to nearby attractions, shops, or restaurants. You really can’t ask for a better spot to be based in. The apartment itself was nice—clean, decently furnished, and comfortable enough for a short stay.

The only reason I’m giving it 9 stars instead of 10 is because the apartment is next to a quite busy street, but that is what happens when you stay in the city center, in a perfect location. As a light sleeper it was sometimes a bit rough to try to sleep
