Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomPossibly due to the off-season, the reception was closed, but I gave them a quick call and they responded promptly, sending someone over right away.
The person who handed us the key was lovely and took the time to explain how everything worked in the flat. The apartment also had a private locker for skis and boots at the entrance, as well as a sauna in the building. For checkout, we just left the keys inside the flat and left.

HungaryHonestly, there wasn't anything really... the only thing I could say (and this is being a bit nit picky, is that there is a coffee machine but there were no coffee capsules - perhaps just include a couple for the guests.
The apartment was almost brand new, very clean and in the perfect location - maybe 20-30 meters from the slopes! There were 2 Double beds (1 in a separate bedroom, 1 in the living room), and 3 single beds (1 bunk bed). Even the sofa bed was big and comfortable.

United KingdomThis is not a comment for the hotel but for visitors to Jasna - there is no supermarket, not even a grocery store. So come prepared if you plan to use the kitchen.
Great hotel right on the slopes, hosts were extremely accommodating allowing us early and late check out. Would definitely recommend!

Polandth place is overpriced, I would expect it to cost minimum 30% less
Rather big appartment, 10 minutes walk to ski lift. Some of the rooms have view on mountains. Sauna is available for guests. Also ski and boots heating + storage is available for free
