The rooms may get very hot but there is no thermostat in the room to control it. When opening the window it may balance the temperature a bit. The breakfast could have been better. Coffee or tea in the room would be nice. Having a reception open for a few hours per day could be useful.

The rooms are very big and convenient. The bathroom is clean and comfortable. Although there is no receptionist, the staff is very responsive and helpful through the booking messages or telephone call. Quiet building and comfortable beds. The location is excellent. Right in the city centre with amenities very close. Parking available at very low price.

Sorry to say but contrary to the modern appearance the smell inside the hotel, the arrangement of rooms reminded me a former socialist-type bunk-house. The door-handle was hardly working, the door open only after some brutal kick on it. The view from the room was depressing - the parking place for the guest was open air one and muddy. The steps what lead to the parking place was unlighted and dark in the evening

The localisation was perfect, and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was also OK.

It is not possible to regulate the temperature in the room The rooms are spacious but empty Some of the balconies are shared for two rooms The overall feeling was that the hotel is saving money where it can, eg on breakfast the receptionist was cleaning the tables and washing dishes and the lady who was cleaning rooms was preparing the breakfast and it showed that no one is really responsible for the restaurant (there was expired milk and molded cheese) The reality does not meet the rating of the hotel 4* and the price

The front door of the apartment was sagging and difficult to close. The towel rack was broken and hanging, making it unusable.

Good location, a walking distance to the town center. I had free parking and an enormous room with terrace. The breakfast was very good.

Shower should be cleaner and in better condition but it was okay but for 4 star hotel I expect more. I would like automatic parking gate or ring there. Now you have to notify staff at reception that you want to open a gate.

Beds were fine. It was warm room but I would prefer thermostat in the room. Great breakfast.

The mattress was way too soft - I appreciate that this subjective. However friends of mine found it the same way. Television did not work and the receptionist was not reachable - which is a bigger issue than the TV.

Great location, free parking next to the hotel. Hotel is located on 1st floor where is also breakfast. Breakfast was fine. The room was big enough also the bathroom. It had also a terrace.

There could be a slightly bigger choice for the breakfast.

They have free private parking. The rooms were very clean. Comfortable beds and calm night gave me a perfect sleep.

The only small remark is that the double bed in our room had two mattresses and was very very soft on the firmness scale. The softness is a personal preference, so not really an issue, but having two mattresses on a double bed was somewhat inconvenient.

The location of the hotel is excellent, only 2 minutes walk from the beginning of the city centre with pubs, ice cream shops and restaurants. It has secure parking, the room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious and functional. The breakfast was deli and cheese selection, fruits and veggies, tea, coffee, and various egg dishes.

Breakfast could be more varied especially the hot food. it would be nice if the cafe/restaurant on the ground floor was opened and served drinks and food as it looks really nice there
