The room had a baby bed, diaper bin, in the hotel the dining place was huge with a lot of choices. The staff was simply amazing. Thank you Atrium hotel, we will come back!

HungarySpa and pool area is quite decent for the one, that is attached to the hotel but still cannot beat the stand alone spas neither in size neither in architecture.
Breakfast was beyond fabulous. Reception was courteous and well mannered. Rooms were pretty much as expected while tidy and well equipped.

CanadaOther guests throwing a big party in their room, however the hotel swiftly ended the party when they were made aware of the noise.
Facilities for families are exceptional. Breakfast is also exceptional. Tip: for breakfast, you can have a custom omelet, just hand the chef a plate with your ingredients. This is Not advertised, but if you ask nicely… One thing I will say, on our last night a group down the hall decided to throw a theme disco party in their room, we asked these unruly people to turn the wannabe dj music down as our 2 year old was trying to sleep. They however continued their party. so i brought it up to reception, who swiftly ended their disco party. (9:30 pm) . Kids play area in the restaurant area is also fantastic!

Just one remark is that I stayed in the reconstructed part which is absolutely great and worth it however we had other family members who stayed in the older part which if I would have stayed there probably I would not review perfect

SlovakiaWellness showers could use some maintenance and cleaning in the main wellness, and the showers in changing area are often wet due to insufficiently sloped floor to the gullies, need more stuff attention. I could use some more variety of mixed drinks / cocktails in the bar.
Variety of food at dinner. We booked with breakfast only, but paid extra for dinner, the price was reasonable. Kids menu is 3.5€ Adult 27€ per dinner. Kids corner and activities provided by stuff was exceptional.

LatviaWe sincerely had the time of our lives at the hotel and in Stary Smokovec. The hotel has an incredible team that organises activities for kids literally all day long. My 5-year-old loved the games, plays, and all sorts of fun. The hotel offers a fantastic range of amenities for children, including a fun pool area, bouncy castle, playroom, cinema, ping pong tables, bowling, and probably even more! And to top it all off, there was popcorn for the little ones and champagne for the adults served at the reception area every day.This is easily one of the best family hotels you could visit. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional—my wife and I absolutely loved the food! I could go on and on about how wonderful our stay was. A huge thank you to all the amazing staff at the hotel who took such great care of us! We can't wait to see you again next year.

Czech RepublicThe rooms are a bit old, but I know they're doing renovation and within a couple of years everything will be shiny new. Also there is no climate co trol, which is fine as long as you don't have smoking neighbors, which, in a family hotel, is not often.
It's a great place for family vacation: indoor playroom and swimming pool for kids, activities, cooking club, movies and such, with spa and saunas for adults. The food was very nice: breakfast is good, lunch is sufficient but dinner is very well done, delirious really. With plastic plates for kids and special food for them as well as vegan, non lactose etc options. Some of the activities for kids are paid on top: cooking class for example, but it's not much and worth the price. The nature is amazing, in June it was very quiet also, so we've enjoyed nature and quietness with everything hotel had to offer. Definitely we'd like to come back!
