Unfortunately there was renovation works going on in the church opposite and also at the hotel which started early in the morning The hot water in the shower took a while to come through

The shower in our bathroom was an over bath shower, the shower screen was very small so water splashed out and made the floor wet, which was a little difficult to step out on to despite the bath matt provided.

Room was clean and tidy, the area was perfect for visiting central old town, our breakfast was included with the room and there were plenty of options, generally very well spread out. The staff are fantastic and well spoken in both English and Slovak. The hotel's presentation is perfect for old town and has a lovely vibe to the interior. Room is very quiet and walls are solid (no room neighbour noises)! LGBT safe, no strange looks or feelings of judgement, 10/10 hotel and we will be going back.

Difficult to prevent shower wetting the bathroom floor Toilet was in a full glass cubicle in the bathroom Coffees not very hot I struggled to find a comfortable pillow combination Too hot for quilt but mosquitoes were about later in the week

Reception staff were pleasant. It could have been more informative. We didn’t realise there was a bar area until the last evening when it was about to close.

The shower over the bath, it seems a bit mad that the toilet is in an area that could be used as a shower room.

The hotel was situated in the old town, within walking dustance of most things we required. The room was of a good size and comfortable.

Walking distance to the old town area sites. Rooms were larger than expected for Europe. Reception hostess very friendly and helpful. Less than 5 minutes walk to the tram (to get to main station).

Even when our stay were quite well, was very annoyed and disappointed that you cannot leave anything of drinking pr eating at your room because the housekeeper just took it away. We left something into the minibar and when we arrived tired at night we realized wasnt there anymore. We let them know and they just apologize but was very unpleasant

I might say its a beautiful hotel, even when rooms are still quite epoque, as can be seen in the pictures. Rooms are huge, very comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was so tasty and with a lot variety. Its very well located, just in the middle of downtown and close to the key points to visit. They gave us a really good recommendations of restaurants.

It would have been great to have staff help with luggage as we struggled up the stairs with it and it doesn't feel very welcoming when there's no one greeting you at the hotel door.

The hotel is very charming, you could definitely see the old traditional building, however the rooms despite being furnished in a mixture of traditional and modern, feel very comfortable and are very spacious. We loved its central location as we were able to walk to the main street with restaurants and shops and the main square but at the same time, it's slightly off the main touristy tracks and it feels quiet. The staff at reception made some great restaurants recommendations for us and were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with old school charm, checked in very late and the staff member was nice. Breakfast was okay, standard. The location is obviously perfect.Was just a quick one night stopover but I would happily return.

Great hotel! Loved the charming decor and the comfort of the rooms. It was a great balance between modern and traditional, and the bed was super comfortable. You can’t beat the location in the middle of the historic old town, and there was a really convenient underground parking within a 1 minute walk for those who may be traveling by car. I wish I had stayed another night to do their wine tasting in the dark!
