One tiny thing — everything was honestly great, but I’m not a big fan of being asked to leave a good review. I always write honest reviews anyway, especially when the place truly deserves it — like this one! 😊

A wonderful, peaceful hotel in a truly beautiful location. We had paid in advance and also completed check-in online, so arrival was smooth and quick, with no delays at all. Our room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed — plus a lovely view from the window. A big bonus: free covered parking! Breakfast was great — everything you might want is there, fresh and tasty. You can really tell that the owners and management care about the guests and not just about ticking boxes. It shows in the details. We had a 5-star stay and would definitely come back! Best restaurant nearby: Lucky 945 — just a 5-minute walk away. Great food, amazing drinks, and a much better experience than the place right across from the hotel (which was more expensive with a smaller selection and didn’t impress us as much).

Spotless and cozy room with excellent mountain view. You can find all needed for a comfy stay - induction hob, kitchen utensils, a small fridge, a coffee maker, and a teapot. A large wardrobe to place all your stuff. A spacious bathroom with a hairdryer.

Small Italy, but in principle, you can have a good time there. However, you have to remember that the slopes are narrow. If it's warm and the snow starts to soften, moguls form – then it gets tough.

The hotel is great, but you need to approach it wisely. There’s no fancy reception, SPA, or stylish lounge, but it’s family-friendly and spacious, and we felt comfortable there. For a trip with kids – BRILLIANT. For a trip with multiple families and kids – OUTSTANDING!

The main thing was that I found confusing were the pictures on the site which were showing a large double bed and then a large double bed with two beds in a different picture. This being a suite, I thought at the time of evaluating it of two separate rooms. I suggest the site to remove one of those pictures for clarity. Yes, there is also a picture with the apartment schema at the end of the carousel but it failed to register to me as we were looking at many different places and therefore, any potential for confusion like this will yield in certain confusion. So yes, we ended up sleeping for 5 nights with two teenagers in one room, which was less than ideal, especially given the steep price paid. I also suggest putting an extensible couch in the living room. That would have helped a lot. Not sure why that is not being done to begin with. Parking was challenging, with very little room for maneuvering. Had my skills tested to the max. Poor English on some of the hosts made for a difficult interaction. Very few restaurant options nearby, you had to pretty much drive to a restaurant. There was one close by but it was tough to find spots.

Friendly host, large room, comfortable matrimonial bed. Kitchen with a good set of amenities. I can definitely appreciate the hosts efforts to make this into an attractive location.

The breakfast is hugely overpriced, 12 eur for scrambled eggs and sausage, a few cold options, no jogurt, no fruits, and when they are finished the trays are not even refilled if you don't ask, even the coffee (!). We complained about it and the owner was very understanding and decided to wave the breakfast fee. But still, 12 eur seems like too much for such poor breakfast. There is only one restaurant within walking distance, othewise you need to drive.

Ski in & ski out set up, it is very convenient for active skiers because you basically step out of the hotel parking and you are already on the track. The room was modern and comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly.

Heating set to high temperature and not possible to regulate individually inside a room. I don't prefer such high temperature at night and it was an issue (need to open window to lower the temperature). However it moght be a plus for someone. Also very tight parking places - making parking very difficult. Look out for heater in bathroom - setting it to high temp nearly melted gloves.

Close to ski lift, it is possible to nearly start riding from hotel and ski back to it afterwards. Nice breakfasts with enough choice of food and a good coffee. Spacious room with well equiped kitchen. Good for even longer stay.

Refrigerator was very loud, we need to turn it off at night. Rooms are located along a corridor which has a dining area in the center, so you may hear a people having breakfast, but on the other hand you may have breakfast with them ;)

Very good localization, well-prepared room, with fully equipped kitchenette (even things like washing sponge, dishcloth etc.). Helpful and friendly personnel, they let us leave a car on their parking after the check-out time, what was very convenient.

Although the building is literally on the slope, the path there isn’t the best. You only have to walk around 5-10m, but it’s an ascent with no path. You have to climb two pseudo steps made of decorative rocks. Not the safest, especially with ski boots on. A minor disadvantage

One of us slept on the exendable couch which was really unconfortable because of the thin mattress. He decided to reather put it on the floor so he could sleep. It was not cold as there was really good heating in the room.

Very nice, modern buidling, right next to the slope 14. We had everything we needed at the room, there were a kitchenette with all kitchen supplies and a fridge. The staff was kind and friendly and they also served breakfast, which was delicious. There is an indoor garage as well.
