It was quite dirty - wouldn't use any of the kitchen materials. Outdated.

The person who met us to introduce us to the apartment was lovely. The location is also pretty good. It's okay if you're looking for somewhere just to sleep. Side note, the address is different to the one advertised.

The address is wrong on Booking.com. They charge you extra £10 in cash for other taxes. Bathroom it's old with mould. Bed sheets are very old with holes.

The kitchen shower and sink for brush are in the same room. It was a bit weird. So unless and until you are a couple, either you brush, microwave you food or take a bath.

The location is perfect. It is a 10-15 min walk to the city centre and all tourist attractions. The room had good facilities like, a TV, kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, utensils. The host was also a really nice person.

The place is pretty old and the bed is not that comfortable. The bathroom is dusty. I noticed some tiny insects getting off the bathtub.

We had to call the owner after reaching the property for collecting the keys. Since I traveled from another country I was not having a sim card to call. I went to local store to buy a sim card and contact the owner for collecting the keys.

Cleanliness (except for bed and bedlinen, they were fresh). Especially the kitchenette. Strong cigarette smell

Location and a comfy mattress were possitive highlights. A lot is in walking distance, the closest shopping centre is 10 minutes, the old town 20 minutes. The windows are oriented to busy street with frequent traffic, but are soundproof enough to sleep well. However, you can hear a neighbour's TV through a wall. The appartment which is actually an old flat is equipped with basic stuff, sufficient enough for overnight stay, but everything is old.

Good location and easy to get into the centre. Was very warm as well. As others have mentioned the place does smell like an ashtray and could do with a bit of investment to make it better but I already knew this from other reviews. Milan was a super helpful host though with a bizarre issue that occured on one of the days. It's a studio apartment as well rather a room in a shared apartment.

I am disappointed that unwashed apartments are being rented out. The bed linen was not changed, the apartment was not clean. I did not sleep in the apartment because it was dirty. The sojourn tax was charged 3.50 euros and 1.20 euros in the hotel.in the kicsen you have tougether bathroom!

The accommodation was really poor. The bed very short in length. Just suitable for guests with a height not taller than 1m 65m.

Well the appartment is old the owner didn t care to reinvest some of the revenue into make it more pleasant.. the door is from the 70/80s most of the furniture doors are ser in nails.. the shower is in the kitchen.. the wc room is actually a cabinet bascially.. if you are tall enough when you sit on it.. you will touch the wall next to it with your knee. The living room is also old and rusty.. the tv sits on an old cabinet witch doesn t have the drawers and it is broken… it is literally basic onditions.. a roof over your head warm hot water and close to the city center but not cozy and definitely not cozy enough for that money

We rented two apartments and we will never return. Here is our experience: Owner: OK, came on time, responsive, no complaints. Zahradnicka 11: 1 star out of five. It is not worth the money. For us, it was a disaster, and I am surprised somebody is still renting such a place. A complete renovation of this apartment is needed. The 30-year-old refrigerator was not working and was dirty with mold (so it was impossible to prepare or store any food). The bathroom and kitchen (a single room) were really disgusting. I don't think they will change it because you need to dismantle the shower or the kitchen to take it away. The shower and kitchen are in the same small space without a door or curtain (this is intentionally not shown in the photos). There was only one knife, which was not sharp enough to cut bread. The closets in the corridor are the same age as the building, about 50-60 years old. The walls in the sleeping room require new painting. The beds were so-so, and the apartment was noisy. We were supposed to be four there, but two family members left because it was not acceptable for them. Šoltésovej 2: 3 stars out of 5. Not terrible, not great. At least the bathroom deserves a renovation; it is as old as the building. For cleaning, I recommend spraying darker places in the bathroom with disinfectant detergent like Fixinela proti plesni s bieliacim účinkom. The furniture is relatively recent, about 30 years old. Maybe the beds and chairs are newer.

The apartment is not in perfect condition, but for this price it's not a problem at all.

I am sorry to have to write this but the apartment at Záhradnícka 11 is in extremely poor condition. It was cleaned superficially, but the walls, windows, all the not immediately visible places have not been cleaned for some time. When we arrived the flat reeked of cigarettes, like a bar in the 2000's and although the host said it is not possible to make some guests go outside to smoke, there was an ashtray in the kitchen on the top of the dirty microwave oven. Clearly the place has long been exposed to smoke. The kitchen and the bathroom are the same small space, the kitchen cabinet is falling apart, there is a cable fixed with tape to the bottom of the top cabinet and it is hanging mid-air. The fridge has mold and when we tried to open the freezer compartment the smell was nauseating. We could not use the kitchen at all. The bed linen, although clearly clean, freshly washed had big tears on one pillow case and one sheet. The windows are dirty with spider webs. We are totally ok with basic accommodation but we were not prepared for what we found there. We arrived quite exhausted and stayed only 2 nights and did not have the energy to argue our case and find another space to stay.

The location is great. The host was flexible and communication went well. Key pick up and drop off were easy.

Owner was late for meet. Flat is very old, not maintained for many years, furniture is old and poor conditions. Bathroom and kitchen are in the same small room without doors. Very old and noisy fridge is beside shower cabin, kitchen sink is across bathroom sink. Kitchen is neglected and very dirty. Beds in the bedroom are old, threadbare and uncomfortable. Only poor quilts on the bed, no linen. Toilet is 0.8 square meters. Slippers are not changing. 2 pairs of slippers for one guest use - visible shabby.
