This property is awesome! Rooms are clean, for such a good price you also get your private bathroom with amenities included. You get your own fridge, a kettle with included tea/coffee, corkscrew for wine bottles, beer opener, glasses, everything! Everything feels and smells new, bed was comfortable. The location is great, within the old town, right on the bank of the Danube, everything within a short walking distance. There is a free (24/7) public parking just 100 meters away, which is monitored with cameras, so it is really safe. Host is friendly and helpful, he speaks multiple languages. Highly recommended!

As a group we had one apartment and one small room. The room's bathroom was very tiny with no storage space. The room was good with air conditioning.

Very good location just few minutes from city centre, excellent communication with owner. We had very good time also thanks to his good tips of restaurants and sites to visit. Thank you.

Hard to find any dissadvantages. Maybe lack of ventilation in the toilet, but it wasn't so dramatic...

If there are neighbours, you can hear every voice of them.

For some overnights this room was perfect. The building is in the city center though I heard no noise from the streets. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The host is very kind. Entrance is through a garage gate even if you arrive on foot. Arrange your arrival in advance so the host can wait for you (there are no bells to ring).

I have given rate 10/10, but there were a few small points that one should expect. WiFi works perfectly in living room, but signal in bedroom was quit weak. Nearest car parking is free of charge just during week-ends and holidays, but I think that the host might advice you some acceptable variants for working days too. But generally it was not any serious problem.

Excellent accommodation. The host was very friendly and helpful, the flat was clean and well-equipped with all what is necessary for good stay. A7 is situated in the quiet quarter close to town center and to the bridge over Danube and Komarom railway station (45 min to Budapest, 25 min to Gyor). Beds were comfortable, heating worked well (weather was not very good for April, it was rain and cold), everything was really good. There is also self-service mini-bar downstairs

The communication was a bit tiresome: we fixed the time of arrival but after it still got messages again and again about to I should tell time of arrival. I got the first message in Slovakian, answered in English, the next message was in Hungarian, I replied in Hungarian and the 3rd message was in Slovakian again - a bit confusing. I didn't really understand what was the problem. Minor inconvenience: we got only 2 very small bottle of shower gel for 3 night, 2 people. The owner made it clear that he won't be at the property until our staying, so it won't be refilled. We asked for more, received it almost immediately, so problem was solved, but I think it should be a minimum to provide the necessery amount of toiletries. No soap was provided. The towels were extremely small, not for full body-size. No cleaning service till we were there. Only one tiny window, not fully openable, so we didn't have the chance to get some fresh air. No AC, so personally I do not recommend it in summertime.

The property was pretty clean and it is located close to the center of Komarno and also to the Hungarian side.
