The bed creaked, which was a bit annoying. Kitchen facilities are only for short-term stays, but that's not that big of a problem.

All the staff were very nice, the room was clean and it’s a great value for the price. There are plenty of amenities in the room, such as air conditioning, fridge, even a stove. Good for a quick stop or even a few days.

Beautiful place for stay, pet friendly. Small parking- but you can put the car close to door if you stay in apartment with terrace. Parking close/open by card. Very clean rooms. Park in opposite street, very quiet area. Late check in - key in box with full instructions.

We booked and arrived late, check-in, as has become customary, remotely - a key with a code, the gate opens by calling the phone, etc. The rooms are ideal for transit passengers - you spend the night and drive on. The breakfast is moderate, not a miracle, but sufficient for life support. The hostess is excellent and warm. It is a 20-25 minute walk to the old town of the city and that's good - while walking you will see not only the center, but also the life of a slightly more remote area. I recommend it.

We travelled with our dog and in the front of the property there is a big green space for walking the dog, which was perfect. The neighborhood was also nice and it is at a walkable distance from the city center. The room was clean and we had everything we needed.

The TV is too high on the wall, which doesn't make it comfortable to watch. Breakfast was poor, more like very continental. It's about 6 km far from the motorway.

"The stay was comfortable overall, with all the basic amenities we needed. However, I would recommend focusing a bit more on deep cleaning, especially in the bathrooms. While it’s clear that regular cleaning is done, there are areas, like the edges, where dirt seems to accumulate over time. Also, the glassware could have used an extra wash when we arrived. I really enjoyed the location of this accommodation. It’s relatively close to the city center, and we were able to walk there comfortably. We also had a secure spot to park the car, which was very convenient. The breakfast offered a nice variety, just enough to start the day off right. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas that could benefit from extra attention to detail.

Villa is located about 20 min walk from the old city of Maribor. There is private parking here which was important for us. The room was spacious and clean, with working AC during hot day. Good breakfast was included and we enjoyed it.

We had our room on the 2nd floor. It was very small, the beds were in the attic with an extremely narrow roof, you can't even sit on the bed. The iron staircase to the beds has very sharp heels and if you want e.g. to make a coffee you easily hurt your head. This happened to both of us.

The room was very clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast excellent.

The rules said to leave used mugs cleaned on the closet, but you need to clean it then in the bathroom sink. Not a problem of course, it is just a note :)

I was really happy with the room and location. It's very positive to have (secured) parking available. The room had everything needed to stay one or two nights around Maribor. The Led lights were a nice extra highlight of the room.
