Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It is a huge village of some hotels. There are all shop, tour, icesalon, restaurants . Really comfortable and convenient.

United KingdomCar parking confusing & difficult, ended up a long way from the hotel. No reception in our hotel! Struggled with luggage from car park, no lifts & no offer of help! First room offered had awful drain smell, no offer of help when alternative room agreed. The waiter at the seafood restaurant was brusque and generally unfriendly, though the food was good.
The reception staff were very helpful as we had to change rooms. The hotels position, short walk along promenade to Piran. Breakfast was good.

GreeceConfusing entrance and reception area in a different hotel. I went there late at night and I was trying to figure out how to get in. During the night, there was a power failure almost 2 hours long and I couldn’t find anyone to inform us What is going on? Next day out side my window there was a major renovation going on with Loud machinery and workers OK, they have left a paper on the desk saying that it’s gonna be some noise, but I didn’t thought it gonna be so loud and for that long. You don’t put people that they need a rest exactly near the noise. I supposed to book a hotel room to have a rest. It’s not OK just to inform people that you’re gonna have noise last minute.

CroatiaThe staff need to put more effort into the organization. I checked in, and the day after, I discovered that I had not been checked in. After some debuted at reception, the problem was solved, Also, my very precious umbrella (Flåmsbana) was stolen from the hotel lobby Histrion. :-(
The hotel is excellently situated in the quarter of Bernardin. The rooms are standard from 80this 20th century, bringing me back to my childhood. The breakfast is served in Hotel Histrion. The breakfast is extraordinary.

SerbiaBest buy hotel for Portoroz-Piran location!! Not sure how this hotel has this low rate, as it is super clean, you use facilities of the Histrion hotel (breakfast, pool..) and location is very good for exploring both Piran and Portoroz on foot.

SloveniaThere was no toilet paper in any of the toilets, that have the entrance from the main reception hall. And that goes for both hotels: Vile Park and Histrion. Otherwise toilets are clean.
Accomodation was great. They were overbooked, so instad of a single room they gave me a room with a double bed. Lots of space! And that came for the price of a single room. Thumbs up! Bathroom was very clean. Location was great. I was attending a party in the Histrion which is just across the courtyard. Vile Park is right next to the beach and has a nice view of the sea. Food was excellent.
