I could write a lot about the accommodation. Fabulous view of the sea, spotlessly clean, extremely good location, easy parking (camera monitored parking space). This is typically a place you don't want to leave. :-)

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The best host ever, very helpful and nice. Answering all our questions. Good parking provided nearby, its really like 4 minute walk. Beach and restaurants within several minutes of walking. Very well equipped, comfy bed. Amazing view.

Perfect Location, especially if you have a bike / scooter / blades with you. Great view and our host Anja was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive! Not to mention the "best muffins" ever. ;-) Our apartment had a big terrace - perfect for our stay of nine days. Eating outside with the perfect view was possible every day. You can see the port of Koper and all the big vessels entering. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for us. Only if you want to prepare complex dinner, you might need some own tools. But even for that, I am sure Anja would have come up with a solution. We had a great time and can only recommended this location.

We had an amazing vacation! The sea view was beautiful, the room was bright and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the big bed was super comfy. Anja, the host, was so friendly and welcoming. She proactively checked in and made sure all our needs were met. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit Koper!

Wonderful view from the whole room, swimming option in front of the Vila, free parking cca 300 m from the place, low traffic in surroundig streets. Best place for chilling, and the kindness and hospitality of the host is on level 120% :)

Wonderful place, amazing owner, nothing to add. All in all, the title could be the end of our opinion. Nevertheless, elaborating: super apartment (size, quality, equipment). Huge terrace with a panoramic view of the sea, including the port and the town. And the owner Anja - super helpful (what, where, how, when), always smiling. We talked a lot. The place both for relaxation and excursions super. To the center of Koper and also to the neighboring Isola is promenade by the sea. Nearby pubs, swimming pool, beach. The sea crystal clear. Really great sea view - a couple of times we could see dolphins while sitting in the apartments having breakfast! It was very valuable for us to see the sea so close every time - when you go to sleep or when you wake up. And such a short distance to the sea gives you a lot of freedom in terms of SUP or just swimming. By the way there is also a possibility to rent SUPs, bicycles, e-scooters at the apartments that we also used. And a very important point - Anja was extremely supportive for everything we needed - frankly speaking we have never had such a support before - to communicate with her was always a real pleasure for us - such things cannot be underestimated - it makes you feel very comfortable all the time - thank you, Anja, very much! Was a great stay and a real pleasure for us!

I wish the parking was within the building as I was travelling with senior citizens. Otherwise, nothing.

Everything was perfect at the apartment. The room, view and facilities were to the point. The host was one of the best we had ever met. She was a caring and lovely person. Her freshly baked cupcake was the best!!! I would happily recommend everyone to stay there.
