Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great apartment, clean and in a very good and quiet location. The apartment has all the utility you need. Secured underground parking space. Very good communication with the owner. Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a good location, short walk to the lake, close to a coffee shop and supermarket. Inside it is really well laid out and spacious. We felt really comfortable there. The host was extremely helpful with check in, communication was easy and quick, we were able to get in earlier than expected. We met someone for the key, it was all very smooth and he was friendly and chatty. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was lovely and clean. Lots of storage as well and a washing machine if needed.

Nothing to say here at all.
Convenient location in Bled, which we used as a base to explore the whole area. The apartment was great - comfortable, quiet, equipped with anything you’d need and the underground parking was welcome, especially as it was very hot when we were there. Walking distance to the lake and close to a couple grocery stores and nice restaurants. The host was responsive and helpful. Hvala to both Ben and Edo! We would stay here again, for sure.

Everything ! Location is great and apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped (and the washing machine and large drying rack were very useful). The hosts were wonderful - great people, helpful, and very kindly let us check in early on a fairly miserable wet day. The slices of Bled cake in the fridge and bottle of local wine were a lovely and unexpected surprise. And the secure basement parking was super-convenient. Highly recommended !

Excellent location, facilities, comfort. 10 min walk to lake. Could go on, bed and shower are perfect, apartment is clean and secure. Hosts are amazing, thank you very much!!! Will definitely be back when I return to Bled. Gifts are much appreciated. 10/10

Everything was fine.
The stay in this apartment was amazing, the apartment is beautiful and shines with cleanliness. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a short or a longer rental. Comfortable couch and TV with a large number of channels. The apartment includes garage parking, which is very convenient and practical. The host was friendly and showed us everything important and recommended restaurants nearby. Highly recommend, we will definitely return.

Minor point - would be good if basic condiments like salt, pepper, sugar, oil were provided.
Modern, stylish, spacious and clean apartment with 2 balconies. Looks exactly like the photos. Towels and bed linen all fresh and clean. Excellent location - about 7 mins walk to the lake, 5 mins walk to shops. There's a large Mercator and Spar supermarket nearby. If taking the bus to Bled, the closest bus stop (about 100m from the property) is Bled Union. Communication with host was clear and smooth. Check-out is done in person to hand-over the key so take note to schedule with the host if you need an early check-out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this apartment to friends and family.

A clean and comfortable apartment in such a great location. Walking distance to Lake Bled. We loved our stay and are very happy that we chose to visit. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and great cooking facilities as well as appliances and utensils. Supermarket was a short walk and also lots of restaurants close by.

The apartment is located in an excellent location close to the lake and the shopping center, very well equipped and clean.
