The room was very hot (32 degrees Celsius during the day), and the AC couldn't cool it down. There was an open-air festival/concert happening close by until about 5 am and the music was so loud no one could sleep. We could not close the balcony doors to silence the music because the room would get unbearably hot.

The hotel, pools and saunas were great. The staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was very spacious, clean, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were great, and the cook even made a special effort to accommodate our son's food allergies/restrictions. I am very grateful for that.

Some of the hotel rooms we stayed in needed renovation, especially the bathrooms. The smell in the bathroom was not pleasant, especially in the morning.

Radenci spa is nice place with good and profesional people. Acomodatio is ok, room can be a lizle bager but xou come to spa to have fun not stay in the room. Spa area is nice with pool gor swiming. Saunas is clean and quite and you can find peace and relax. Food is predato good, and you can drink mineral wather directly frim the spring. 9/10 is corect I think like the price corect for all services.

Pillows were very uncomfortable, which was the only downside of the stay.

The hotels architecture clearly dates from the 70s, but is been very well maintained; everything is clean and functional. Great pools, especially the indoor/outdoor pool. Friendly and polite staff who are always ready to help. Rooms are decent, nothing spectacular, but very clean and have everything you need. Buffet had a good selection for both dinner and breakfast, offering a nice variety of tasty options.

We traveled with or 3 years old son and we had to pay for him but we didnt get third bed or extra pillow and blanket. Our stay was for 2 nights and our room never been cleaned. We had wet towels and bathrobes and didnt get new ones till we didnt asked on reception for them (which was at evening before our departure).

Perfect breakfasts and dinners. Food was awesome! We also loved pools!

I didn't like that the lights in the room sometimes didn't turn on or we had to wait a minute for it to stop flashing. (especially in the bathroom)

The bed was too soft. The hotel building reminded me of the old communist era, but inside it looks ok. The crowd was predominantly old folks.

- We arrived for 6 nights, but left after 1. I'm not picky, this was the first time doing such. - Reserved 3 rooms, one of them was ok, the second was full of cigarette smoke smell. I reqested a replacement, but got a smelly room again. Third time it was quite acceptable. The third room was also smelly. - Due to the room changes we had 7 set of bedding instead of 8. When we realized this it was past 8 pm, and I was told at the reception that they cannot help until tomorrow, because the maids left for that day!!! After a long argument we got a pillow and a sheet. I went back to the reception to ask for a blanket too, again, they were out of idea how this problem should be resolved. Finally they took a blanket from an empty room. - Dinner and breakfast is awful. Full of fat, no vegetables, coffee is not coffee. The milk was sour!!! - 15 minutes before the end of the dinner they started to pull in the curtains and switch off the lamps. - In the morning the maid came to clean the room. We asked to come back in an hour (because we knew we will leave) and she made a face. Come on this is your job. At least try to be nice, - Staff was not kind at all. - The building, furniture are old and not maintained, not even close to a 4 star hotel.
